The IJssel IslandsAttention cost trap: had canceled our stay within 24 hours because we decided to go to another park after all, cancellation confirmation came and we were told that the money would be refunded immediately. That was four weeks ago. There was no reply by email and you can't get through in the telephone queue either!!!

Achtung Kostenfalle: hatte unseren Aufenthalt innerhalb von 24 Std. Storniert, weil wir uns doch für einen anderen Park wntschieden haben, Stornierungsbestärigung kam, und es hieß, das Geld werde umgehend zurück gebucht. Das ist jetzt vier Wochen her. Weder per Mail kam eine Antwort und in der Telefon Warteschlange kommt man auch nicht durch!!!

Flower Camping Les PaludiersI've been a loyal camper for more than 50 years at the Batz campsite, whether it was the municipal campsite after campeoles or now flowers, and this was really my worst holiday this year. The aim of a vacation is to relax with the cheerfulness of a campsite, but the first weekend we found ourselves with almost 200 young people who had come to celebrate their graduation, it's a total nonsense, not to accept them but to scatter them all over the campsite, they're young, they need to have fun, but think about it, even they haven't understood where they're staying. Then come the rentals to associations to allow certain people to come and spend their vacations, but just think about it: they come and allocate them mobile homes just like that, right in the middle of a clientele of regulars looking to relax and have a good stay, not to mention the people who go swimming fully clothed at the pool, and there again nothing is said. When we try to pass on information to the office, they don't know, they haven't seen anything, and when we want to exchange information by e-mail, we can't say too much, and it's soon our fault. All we had to do was make a serious phone call, and a campsite can be managed and run properly, not just by taking money from bookings. Frankly this year very dissatisfied. I don't think I'm the only one.

Fidèle campeur depuis plus de 50 années au camping de Batz que ce soit le camping municipal qui fut après campeoles et maintenant flowers ces vraiment mon pire séjour cette année, le but des vacances étant de se reposer avec la gaîté d'un camping mais là premier week-end se retrouver avec quasi 200 jeunes qui sont venu faire la fête de leurs fin d'études c'est du grand n'importe, non pas de les accepter mais de les éparpiller partout dans le camping ils sont jeune il faut qu'ils s'amusent mais réfléchissez un peu même eux non pas compris leurs lieux de couchage. Puis viens ensuite les locations a des associations pour permettre a certaines personnes de venir passer passer des congés mais réfléchissez idem on vient leurs attribuer des mobiles homes comme ça en plein milieu d'une clientèle d'habitués qui cherche a se détendre et a passer un bon séjour sans compter les personnes qui vont se baigner tout habillés a la piscine et là pareil on ne dit rien. Quand on essaie de faire remonter les infos au bureau ils ne savent pas ils n'ont rien vu et quand on veux échanger par mails il ne faut pas en dire de trop et c'est bientôt notre faute nous n'avions qu'à téléphoner sérieusement un camping cela se gère et se tient correctement ce n'est pas que prendre l'argent des réservations. Franchement cette année très insatisfait. Je ne pense pas être le seul.

Camping ZonneweeldeA clean and well-kept place. It was a nice stay. Nice staff. We personally would have liked to have had something to snack on besides pizza, but you can get that just around the corner. As we were here in the fall, we couldn't try out the swimming pool. Instead, there was a nice indoor playground and a football/basketball court, and the entertainment was great, some of it in German. The food in the restaurant was delicious.

Ein sauberer und gepflegter Platz. Es war ein schöner Aufenthalt. Nettes Personal. Wir persönlich hätten noch gerne außer Pizza etwas zum Snacken im Angebot gehabt, aber das bekommt man quasi um die Ecke. Da wir im Herbst hier waren, konnten wir das Schwimmbad nicht ausprobieren. Dafür gab es einen schönen Indoor-Spielplatz und einen Fußball/ Basketballplatz.Toll war die Animation und das teilweise auf deutsch. Das Essen im Restaurant war lecker.

De BiesboschThe unfortunate thing was that we were only told upon arrival that the restaurant was closed in the late season. Cafeteria was open. Furthermore, friendly staff, neat park and clean chalet. You can hear the highway, but half the time we were not in the park. No real downsides.

Het jammere was dat we pas bij aankomst kregen te horen dat het restaurant gesloten was in het naseizoen. Cafetaria was wel gewoon open. Verder vriendelijk personeel, net park en schoon chalet. De autoweg hoor je wel, maar helft van de tijd waren we niet op het park. Geen echte minpunten.
