We were a total of three families on vacation. Although we had previously indicated that we would like to be accommodated together, our mobile homes were far apart. The mobile home was clean, but the toilet lid was broken. By the time we reported this to reception, our vacation was practically over - and you generally have to wait a very long time before you can reach someone at reception. Otherwise, everything was fine. However, you have to pay extra for almost all activities, which is a shame.

Always very nice to come to Oesterdam,and especially if you can stay on board 😃Hotel and restaurant is also fine.

The camping compartments are absolutely fine. However, the wash houses are an absolute nightmare. Anyone who knows festival toilets knows what it's like. Soap is not replenished, toilet paper is not replenished, cold water in the showers, cold washing-up water etc etc. Really absolute 2 class society compared to those who rent the apartments. The beach is also not necessarily worth a trip. The people are very nice, the whole complex too, but we won't be back.

We rented a mobile home directly through the hu camping site and the location and view are just wow. Location in the center of several visits, we had the car and took advantage to make excursions to Florence, Siena, Pisa but also lucca (very close to Pisa) san giminiano and the cascade elsa (close to each other also) a little complicated to find but it is really worth it. For those without a car, shuttles are available from the campsite. As far as the food is concerned, there's a varied choice and for the price I find it quite reasonable, simple and good. And a special mention to the Hu camping team and their entertainment. Always dynamic and smiling despite the heat and all the work that goes into all these activities. The whole family enjoyed themselves: ping pong, archery, dancing, minigolf etc. for the kids, soccer for my husband and aquagym and tennis for me. Despite the language barrier (French is not widely spoken), I was able to brush up on my English and my poor Italian, but they do everything they can to understand you and please us. A huge thank you, these vacations were truly extraordinary. I advise you to go with your eyes closed...although with so much beauty it's better to keep them open 😊.

All the staff were extremely friendly - receptionist, manager, cleaning staff, technical staff. We were delighted with the bread and pastries we ordered. In the restaurant, the chef, his wife and the waiters take pleasure in making their establishment welcoming. We are delighted with our stay. JM TRABOUILLET, location 196.

It's not as stylish as other places, but that's exactly what you get here, so you can feel at home. We stayed here for 5 days. Best pitch category near the beach. The pitches are large and partly shady. The washing areas directly on the pitch are great. Wash houses very clean as usual in Croatia. Close to the village with shopping facilities and restaurants...konobas... everything within walking distance. Super beach. Fine sand. Very gently sloping. But after 50 m you can no longer stand...It is a huge paddling pool with crystal clear water. Little or no animation. But that's what we wanted. Lots of families with children. But still quiet. Top WLAN. Wonderful vacation at a reasonable price.
