Site is nice however, the lights in the shower went off approx 9pm and the showers were cold. Hairdryers on the wall didn't work. Ended up having to shower earlier. Pitch was not what I would call premium (between 2 caravans, under a tree) with some sort of drainage pipe on our pitch gurgling away all the time. ||At the welcome talk, English were told to look at the pictures as the talk was in French. Pointless and I wouldn't have bothered going if I had known. ||Other than that, the site is OK.

Stayed in an RV for 2 nights Price really too high for the facility and services offered 2 nights 242€ (camper 2 adults 2 boy 1 dog) We were informed of the price before entering and it was our choice to enter the facility, but it doesn't justify the price for what we used: spartan pitches, pool in the middle of a construction site, crib service for a fee, washing machine 8€, rushed and unwelcoming bar/restaurant Nothing to relax a bit or have fun

Nice two weeks vacation had, spacious sites, nice trips, friendly staff and beautiful surroundings!

Last weekend we were with families and friends at the campsite and the experience was unfortunate, horrible... The pools were very dirty: there was hair, cloudy water and insects swimming in the water, but not one or two, thousands... There was no shower service, as the first day had very little pressure and little water, the second day practically no water, in fact we had to take the water with glasses to get wet something, because with the dirt in the pool as not to take a shower. Obviously we put a complaint form. I advise not to go in summer season, because the excuse of the campsite staff was that the campsite was full and for that reason, the pool gets dirtier and the showers have less pressure, which is not true because opening only one tap the water practically did not come out. Few cleaning staff working.

Great campsite, nice large pitches, water tap and drainage. Minus point is the dated toilet building: clean but noisy, loud slamming doors and no ventilation/ventilation! So just go early in the morning for your 'big message'.....

Beau camping en pleine nature mais proche de Gerardmer. Sanitaires propres et en suffisance. Ambiance calme, belles infrastructures.

Une semaine en famille au top . Pour avoir déjà travaillé dans un camping l'équipe d'animation était vraiment superbe , j'imagine le temps pris personnellement pour préparer le spectacle du vendredi. Encore merci pour nos enfants on se revoit bientôt.

We spent 12 days at the campsite (2 adults and 5 children), in the Privilege pitch n68 on the advice of Eric (during our email exchanges before booking, who was able to respond very quickly, et a nos nombreuse question ,donc très réactif je tiens à le souligner également ) les sanitaires étaient propres avec toujours du papier toilettes,les 2 douches par jour en 6 minutes ,c'est très appréciable on a largement le temps de se laver les cheveux pour les filles sans avoir la coupure 🤣les services de restauration du soir ,sont très bien ,la serveuse été très gentil,le cuisinier également,nous avions tous très bien manger ,(menu enfants pour les petits, pizza,salade de chèvre ,hamburger.etc )the price is not excessive,concerning the swimming pool,the children appreciated the slide ,the playground is also very good ,it has something to satisfy everyone ,the access to the river was also top ,the children appreciated to see the animals the donkeys,and the pigs ,there is also a pond of fishing which we tested.Finally, all this to say that we have only positive reviews for your campsite, the activities offered for the week are top, there is for children with Nico whom I thank ... we will return to your campsite 🏕️ thank you again Boulogne family And the children

Actually a nice large campsite but unfortunately with some pitches directly on the road. In addition to the street noise there is also quite loud music until late at night (1:00-2:00 end). Friendly staff and nice atmosphere but a bit tiring to sleep

Mathias, Enzo, Mathieu and Clara the best bartenders and waiters. (For the bonus, lol)
