Unfortunately the place only gets 2 stars from me. The XL pitches are right on the main road, so we had very restless and noisy nights during our stay. The W-LAN is not usable as there is no reception. The sanitary facilities are old and in need of renovation. The restaurant on the campsite has been closed for a long time, what a pity... The lighting around the restaurant is very poor. We also noticed that the water quality on the dog beach is very poor.

It actually had a lot of potential ......but we were disappointed. We had been here several years ago and after we liked it back then, we came again. Unfortunately, we were extremely disappointed. It felt like the outdoor pool had been closed for a few weeks, the pool was drained, lots of leaves or stale green water, but was supposed to be open until 28.09. due to the weather. On arrival it was summer weather....... The campsite looks unkempt, the pitches left in their natural state, paint peeling from the ceiling in the sanitary area, looks like water damage, the doors are stuck and warped...... The water smells bad, metallic taste, unpleasant to shower with this water. Washroom and toilets rarely cleaned. No mini market, inventory completely missing, no market nearby. Lounge, bar all empty. There is a pavilion by the outdoor pool, not very inviting. The restaurant 50 meters away seems to have been empty for some time. There's nothing for miles around here. The sports facilities and tennis courts haven't been used for ages, and nature is slowly reclaiming the space. Layers of moss have already formed. What does the site have to offer, large plots and even more mosquitoes, nobody can do anything about them, nevertheless......... We won't be back

We stayed with a friend for 2 weeks in early September. Location perfect, close to Valkenburg and Maastricht. Beautiful and cozy swimming pool, unfortunately could not use it much because of the weather. Cottage was neat and clean, but very noisy. Cottages are very close together, so little privacy. Bathroom very small, shower floor very slippery, almost causing a fall. Drainage wrong, water ran into bathroom. Unfortunately barriers did not respond to license plate so you always had to activate your app on your phone. The terrace door does not have a wind hook so it either slammed shut in the wind or slammed against the facade. Besides being irritating, this can also cause the door to become dislocated. The paint on the terrace table was completely peeling off, so we always had "sheets" of paint on our arm or hand. Great that there is air conditioning in the living room, because the many windows it gets hot quickly. I think the ( very small) bedrooms could also very well use air conditioning in the summer, as they were already very hot and stuffy. Unfortunately the quality of what was offered did not match the price we had to pay for it.

Stayed 4 wkn conveniently located campsite. Large and shady pitches for caravan. Beautiful swimming pools open all period. Staff is friendly.

Beautiful campsite with many facilities

Very nice CP, quiet and clean. Very nice lady at the reception. The pitches are large and many are shady. Sanitary facilities clean. We can recommend CP to others.

12-minute walk to Sarlat's historic centre

Nous avons passé deux nuits ici en fin septembre, sur un des grands emplacements du côté de l'entrée. Le personnel était très aimable, l'épicerie de secours était bien garnie pour une fin de saison. La piscine était ouverte mais elle ne nous donnait pas envie d'en profiter. Les sanitaires neufs étaient très propres alors que le camping était presque complet. Mais nous ne nous sommes pas sentis très à l'aise sur notre emplacement à cause du nombre de passages de tous les côtés. Trop de chiens, trop de gens qui ne ramassent pas les crottes de leur toutou, trop de bruit, et cela en fin septembre ! Ajoutez à cela que le seul accès possible à travers le village, n'est vraiment pas évident- voire même problématique, si votre remorque est plus grande que la nôtre (7m x 2,25m).
