The whole place, the friendliness of the people, clean Air, it's a very relaxing place. The accommodation is nice and big with almost everything in it.

Great accommodations and at walking distance from the beautiful town of Sarlat. Had a lot of fun with the camping crew, and the drawings in my coffee were amazing.

We've been back to this campsite for several years, and it's been a real disappointment. We stayed in a freecamp. The pitches are small and, above all, poorly located. You're surrounded by mobile homes, and you have to park your car on the pitch because there's no dedicated outside parking. As a result, you camp with the feeling of suffocating in a small house surrounded by blocks of flats. What's more, as there are very few hedges and no privacy screens, your pitch is directly open onto the mobile home terraces: no privacy at all. The absence of grass and vegetation adds to the feeling of camping between dust and concrete. Finally, it's worth noting that tent and mobile home campers don't share the same lifestyle, so mixing them up can be a source of conflict, especially when it comes to noise. The fact that cars are omnipresent on the campsite is neither pleasant nor safe. The swimming pool is completely unsupervised, and often quite dirty (twice I found tissues at the bottom of the water...). The unsupervised slides are also the scene of all manner of mischief, from the most harmless to the most dangerous. The play area, with its inflatables and trampoline, is very well designed and fun. The kids loved it. They didn't like it so much when the "big kids" forbade them access to the trampoline or made the inflatables collapse. Everyone is responsible for their children's behavior, but the campsite is responsible for everyone's safety, so a little supervision from time to time wouldn't hurt! Otherwise, the bar is nice, the pizzas are decent and the jacuzzi is a welcome addition. It's a shame, because this campsite is ideally located for cycling to the salt marshes, the north of the island and the beaches. What's more, the town of Loix is charming. In short, the facilities are those of a 4-star campsite, but the overall layout is geared towards profitability and overcrowding, making for less comfort than in a municipal campsite.

Old mobile homes with outdated but clean equipment. Huge campsite with infrastructure (restaurants, bars, pool) on the opposite side of the road from our pitch. Little train that runs every 15 minutes (from 9am to 11pm!) to take you around the campsite. Parking difficulties... Not enough spaces for everyone. I'll never go back

What a wonderful days I had at Røstig! Great to find that inner peace that I needed so much. The sessions you can attend in the mornings and evenings, during the day in nature, at night by the campfire in the dark ... wow. I myself was in a 1 person teepee, nice and cozy and still covered to sit outside when the weather is less. Next time I would book a cabin or a 2 person tipi, a bit higher/spacier. For me a very nice positive experience, will allow myself to do this more often and will definitely come back. Thanks! 👌🏻

Everything was actually great, the staff are incredibly friendly and if you forget something, they have everything to hand. The campsite is very clean, the pitches are big enough and the location is great. The site is close to the beach and there are some nice cycle paths and restaurants. Unfortunately, I have to deduct one star because of the sanitary building: The sanitary facilities are very modern and clean. However, on the one hand, the doors are constantly open, which not only lets in cold air and insects. On the other hand, the showers are a real problem. The temperature cannot be adjusted and there is a 5-minute timer. The water is alternately ice-cold and then hot again. You can pause the timer, but the overall time is too short.

The large sleeping room has no window you can open so you sleep with the sliding door ajar. The location is really in the middle of nowhere. For the first village you have to drive 15 minutes and for a good supermarket 30 min.

Great stay! Excellent welcome and service, very good food. Ideal for pilgrims/tourists, I highly recommend it.

1st row booked and got.then had to move because of water, which did not drain on the place.we were then assigned a place, which was according to plan 1st row, but 2 rows of caravans and campers were still in front.no satellite reception, because of the trees.food on the beach, was so salty that it was inedible.no apology or new food, or price reduction.the wash house was 2x in miserable condition.1 week earlier left because we were annoyed enough.goodwill we had to pay 1st row, even if it was 3rd row and the earlier left week was of course chargeable. I spent 4 days of pure relaxation at this beautiful Campsite, September 13-16, 2024. The Campsite is very nice, well kept and very clean. We were with our 7.5 mt camper and had a beautiful Pitch ( the nr.10 ) in a very quiet and relaxing location. Camper pitches are all equipped with shade cloth and anti-hail ( always useful given the times ... ). We found days with almost summer temperatures of 24/25° which made the vacation even more pleasant. The bathrooms and showers are cleaned several times a day and are always in good condition. The new showers are very spacious, with coin-operated hot water, lasting 3 min. There are 2 beautiful swimming pools in the campground, a large one for adults and a smaller one for children. There is also a hot tub and a Jacuzzi with a water temperature of 33°. There is a bar in the pool area where you can enjoy excellent breakfasts with fresh brioches that can be reserved the day before, ice creams and small snacks during pool opening hours. The sea is about 300 meters from the campsite and can be reached with a walk of max 5 min if you really want to exaggerate. Nearby there are many restaurants offering local specialties, fish and pizza, as well as several bars. The waterfront is very nice and quiet, out of the car traffic. We also found the sea quite nice, especially in the morning. Overall it was a very relaxing 4 days. We would like to return as soon as we can.
