Very disappointed by the campsite. Narrow caravan site with uneven ground made of earth and stones. Big problem with hot water in sanitary facilities. Annoying for washing up, but downright unpleasant for showers. It's a pity, because the staff are pleasant, the facilities nice and the lake magnificent.

First campsite in Belgium for our family (2 in their fifties, 1 aged 22 and 1 aged 14) on the long weekend of July 14, 2025. We're all very satisfied with the campsite and the surrounding activities. The pitches are large, the public well spread out and everyone respects their environment. Naps, board games, swimming pool, walks, farm animals, archery - everything you need for a great vacation! We recommend this campsite

Unfortunately, so far this year we haven't gotten to the Bog. We have tried in every possible way to find out what a stay with caravan and 2 people costs. This soap opera has been going on for several weeks we called at the reception we only got the price through for 1 week also a mail to the manager on July 7, 2025 was still not answered after 1 week. We deeply regret all this.

Beautiful quiet park and dog friendly. Cottages are clean and as shown in pictures. Beach and dunes are 10 minutes walk, beautiful area for walking.

Always wonderful to stay here. The manicured greenery in every corner, the impeccable cleanliness of the accommodations, the family and cozy atmosphere, my happy cai; we have enjoyed wonderful days and lots of sun by the pool; the food in the restaurant is very good and the service very thoughtful-although with some mishaps due to the large turnout and inexperience of the younger staff in the organization. We always return with joy

A really nice Family experience

Location and surroundings ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ EuroParcs Kohnenhof is beautifully situated on the Our River, bordering the German Naturpark Südeifel. The location is beautiful. All cottages and tents have views of this natural beauty. There are some hiking trails around the park, but the real gems are a little further away. Nature Park Our and especially Mullerthal are absolute musts for hiking enthusiasts. In Mullerthal we made the most beautiful hikes ever! Park facilities ⭐⭐⭐. The park is neatly maintained and clean. There is a small store with a limited selection and a cafeteria that unfortunately is not always open. In July, a food truck was present on Wednesdays and Fridays, which was a nice addition. The restaurant offers various dishes, but don't expect a schnitzel, hamburger or satay for €15. The reception staff speak Dutch, which is nice. The park has mostly Dutch guests. There are many Dutch people on vacation in Luxembourg anyway, we noticed. Accommodation ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Our Cube La Mer 4 cottage (number 215) was excellently clean and fully equipped. A big plus is the built-in Chromecast in the TV. One important point to note though: there was no air conditioning. At 35 degrees that is really a loss. So check the website carefully when booking. There are cottages with air conditioning available, but we had overlooked that. So we occasionally lay in the Our to cool off. Also, the window in the master bedroom has a small window so you can't ventilate well. A charming detail of the park is how they have respected the existing trees in the design. At some cottages you can literally see a tree trunk towering up through the porch, beautifully integrated. A gate at the entrance to the terrace would be another welcome addition for children and dogs. Surroundings and accessibility ⭐⭐⭐⭐ For daily shopping, the shopping center in Marnach is more than sufficient. You will find not only supermarkets, but also clothing, a bookstore, Action and much more. For outings, you must take into account about 30 minutes travel time. Absolute must-sees are the copper mine in Stolzembourg, Mullerthal and, of course, Luxembourg City. Positive points - Beautiful location on the Our River with views from all accommodations - Clean and well maintained park - Clean accommodation - Built-in Chromecast in the TV - Complete shopping center in Marnach for all daily needs - Peace and quiet and nature within walking distance - Foodtruck on Wednesday and Friday Minuses - No air conditioning in our cottage (available in other cottages) - Throbbing engines on weekends - Limited cafeteria opening hours - Minimal supply in the park store Conclusion ⭐⭐⭐⭐ EuroParcs Kohnenhof is an excellent choice for those who love nature and tranquility. The location on the Our is phenomenal and the park is well maintained. The accommodation is clean and complete. Make sure when booking if your cottage has air conditioning if you are going in the summer. The nearby hiking areas, especially Mullerthal, make this a perfect base for nature lovers. We stayed on a touring pitch and everything was perfect. The facilites were good and very clean. The site is close to Valkenberg and Maastricht isn't too far either, both worth visiting.

We spent 4 pleasant days. Everything was great. The campsite is a paradise for children!

Very warm welcome, even without a reservation. The seats are OK. On the other hand, it's very, very noisy with the road next door... Day and night...
