The tranquility and location

Stayed at the park for 5 days. We had cottage number 535. Unfortunately the cleaning was not too good, lots of cobwebs, dust and stains in the couch etc. We had specifically filtered for a cottage with a decorative fireplace. This was in there but it could not be on because the landlord no longer rented it out, it would have been so neat if the park had mentioned this in advance then we could have chosen another cottage. Especially since the description states that it is in cottage. Also, the cost was 10 euros for a remote control for the fireplace, this was also not described. The answer from reception was that we should have asked in advance if we wanted a fireplace in the cottage. But here you just assume if it is in the description of the cottage we had booked. For the price we paid the cottage was disappointing. The couch was very far from the TV, so you couldn't read subtitles, for example, because of the distance. It was a smart TV but none of the apps worked and we passed on. Park is otherwise in a nice location and staff is friendly. Easy check in and check out. You pay 350 euros deposit. This I personally find a bit much for what you see in the cottage. Especially since the decorative fireplace so does not work, oven makes a lot of noise, cleaning is not too good. Despite that we had a nice vacation!

Nice stay for 2 nights 27 euro per night

We like to come here to fish. The park has a harbor with boat moorings and the boat is really safe here. The chalets are ok. They are just container systems that have been converted into vacation homes. At first glance they look very pretty, but you can actually tell that the houses are equipped to a low standard. For a vacation, however, quite ok. For fishing with a few ju gs, anyway. The complex is very well maintained. Unfortunately, it is located directly on the highway and the view of the water is not really romantic due to an industrial area. But if you want to explore the surrounding area, the park is of course recommended. Updated: Houses now very dirty and lived in. Cleaning no longer seems to be a rule here. The first impression is quite good, but you can't feel comfortable here if you look around. Bed linen with stains, greasy spots in the kitchen, dust and cobwebs everywhere in the house. All the dirt doesn't come from a few days. Some of the furniture is badly worn and very sloppily repaired. So if you have the feeling that you would rather not tackle anything then you are already in the wrong movie. As we only come here to fish again, we make do with the situation. Otherwise, I wouldn't recommend anyone to come here.

Highly recommended, especially with children. A very approachable version of off grid holiday!

Beautiful bungalow in which nothing was missing, in a nice location Nice hot tub/whirlpool at the bungalow. Overall a neat park. Definitely worth repeating.

We stayed at Warredal for the first time last weekend and can't wait to go back. The tranquility, the beauty of nature, the cozy cottages, being away from it all, wonderful! We enjoyed the delicious food we could order, by the way the portions were more than ample, the hot tub and the atmospheric lighting of the cottages, which makes you feel even more at peace. We were there as a couple, but will definitely return with the kiddos as well. The leisure facilities are great, a climbing forest, animals, mini golf, small beach, play opportunities in the forest.... Definitely recommended!

I went down one of the slides the same way as everyone else and part of the slide ripped a chunk of flesh from my arm. I went straight to the lifeguard who tried to pull loose flesh from my arm. I went to the onsite doctor who had to give me an anaesthetic, stitch the large open wound and then I had to go back the following 3 days to have the wound dressed and checked. I reported the incident to the sales manager aswell and told her an official report would need to be completed. She said the doctor would do this. It now transpires neither the lifeguard, doctor or sales manager wrote any report. It is required by law to document and report all accidents and near misses. Union Lido are failing to do this so are in serious breach of regulations, most likely as they want to protect their reputation and don't want their insurance premiums to increase. It is a disgrace that such a large resort is failing to follow regulations and are getting away with it

Staying in the old windmill was truly a unique experience! Each floor had its own charm, and the spiral staircase added a nice touch, The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to prepare meals, We especially enjoyed the fresh, organic milk for breakfast, straight from the nearby farm, The peaceful countryside location was perfect for relaxing, and yet we were only a short drive from the beautiful beaches on the Gulo coast, The hosts were incredibly hospitable, making us feel right at home, I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a memorable getaway!

We satte pris på romsligheten i hjemmet, Det var lett å slappe av etter hektiske dager med å utforske Malgrat de Mar, BBQ-området var perfekt for å grille fersk sjømat!
