I was in a chalet with me sister...top campsite in a great location.

Very well-kept grounds, campsite and also some mobile homes, we had a cozy wood module house.

Excellent stay at this magnificent campsite where we were made very welcome. The setting is incredible, the village superb and the trapper tent a real cosy nest with everything you need! Many thanks :)

We stayed in a challet. Very well maintained and beautifully furnished. With sauna for 2-3 people. Highly recommended.... The staff at the campsite are really nice

I've booked through internet by pictures which supposed to be mobile houses in segregated area from rest of services. Once arrived on reception we received house at first row 42 which when I asked receptionist to swap it (they had 4 left by internet in first row) said it can't be changed because of system. Ok First night there was loud people as our house is on cross roads and at 10pm I had to kindly ask them move their conversation further from house. Slightly disruption for sleep. Second night there was loud bar which we've been unfortunately 30m from house number 42. Originally I thought they violated some terms by having yelling drunk people close over 11pm, but I was wrong. They have quiet hours from 00:00 to 06:00 which I've got stated by article on reception when I've kindly asked for some sort of compensation for disrupted sleep. They rejected me. Just to clarify, this booking costs was 802eur per 3 night stay, which is 267eur per night. For this price you can get much more comfortable 3 star probably even 4 star. As we got newborn we usually go sleep at night before 9pm. Mattresses seems had their best over and been stuff, so felt almost like lying on stone floor. We had 5 beds all of them been same.

The mobile homes are beautifully designed and furnished. The playground right by the lake is also great and was visited several times a day.

A super well laid out campsite that is ideal for children. The best thing here is the wonderful and varied playgrounds around the campsite. You're never far from the nearest playground. What's more, the entire site is car-free, with the exception of arrivals and departures. This makes it even safer for the children. We also really enjoyed using the indoor play facilities, even though we had great weather in early fall.

A beautiful accommodation in an idyllic setting and very well located, close to Utrecht. The house is very nice, cozy and very well equipped. The beds are very comfortable, spacious showers, radiators in all rooms, even in the bathrooms, air conditioning. It is a perfect place to enjoy the tranquility and disconnect from everything. Highly recommended.

The answer should be something like this! "Your comments are valuable and will be shared with our teams. We will make an effort on your remarks...! But seriously, how can anyone still answer "MAKE AN EFFORT ON CLEANLINESS" in a public place?! It's practically the same answer that's been copied and pasted for at least 2 years on every negative review, and THE EFFORT IS STILL NOT MADE! We spent a week at your 4 STAR** campsite. 4 STARS?? Certainly not for cleanliness, whether in the communal sanitary facilities or in the wooden cabins! The cabin we rented may have looked pretty on the photos, but the reality is quite different: - Dirty kitchen - Dirty shower - Poorly swept bedroom - Insufficient lighting: a tiny spotlight flush with the floor in the bedrooms - in other words, very poorly lit. No privacy in the living room, no curtains or shutters on the bay window. As a result, in the mornings and evenings, with the lights on, we literally live with our neighbors. Breakfast and dinner become "shared" moments in spite of ourselves. Isn't that great? It's a shame the campsite is so well located in La Flotte, but we won't be coming back.
