Nice campsite somewhere really nice and fine, but also with quite a lot of defects. Lots of small camping spots. You can't choose in advance so you end up with your snuffer on the road or even on the parking lot!!! Pool outside really nice but also really too cold for kids (and wife) Inside a lot of noise and small. Restaurant and entertainment recreation room is very mediocre also in terms of atmosphere and waiting can take a very long time. Store, 7.50 for fish sticks and 6.50 for a can of knakworst or 5 euros for a pack of juice. Sorry but that is really ridiculous! Animation is mostly outside no indoor hall while it can often rain. Glass and trash cans on the campsite with lots and lots of wasps we could not really sit outside. Everything was clean but also toilet buildings cold water often. You can really bad luck in terms of pleķken I think so you can have a 4 star vacation but also a 2 star. we were lucky.

Nice campground with a nice pool and beautiful views. Good base for activities nearby. From the campsite you can visit the cities of Pisa, Lucca oa. Nice and helpful campsite owner

Very nice campground. In the green. Pool also fine but lacks a slide. Far too few beds so every morning there are towels waiting half an hour before opening. The plumbing is really lousy. It is not clean and our nearest one was really gigantic outdated. The sanitary building more central (behind the pool) a little newer but far from clean. Have been there a week now but haven't seen a cleaner there yet. A lot of noise from the disco of the nearby campsite. Sometimes seems to be on their own campsite so loud. Furthermore, hardly any surveillance at night so youth can still make a lot of noise. Pity. In any case we will not come back here.

A really beautiful and well-maintained site! 5 stars for cleanliness, everything extremely well maintained, new sanitary facilities, nothing broken etc. However, one star deduction for the really hefty prices. The whole place is a kind of park where you have to pay extra for everything: trampoline, pool loungers etc. all cost extra. It's also not very quiet at night, with mopeds rattling along the streets until late at night. It was super loud in the 1st row by the sea. In my opinion, the seats are not worth the money. It's like sitting on a platter on the beach promenade and it's always busy. In the back rows there are lots of nice places with plenty of shade and trees, which we really liked. The beach is stony everywhere, but beautiful and once again very clean.

Beautiful campsite, everything neat and tidy. Swimming pool is top, nice in all weathers! Beautiful connecting forest for nice walk with the dog.

Unfortunately, our experience was somewhat disappointing due to the relatively small RV sites that are also very close together. Due to the rain it was very muddy. The showers give 5 min of water with no temperature control. The toilet paper regularly ran out and there are no paper towels or blower so everyone comes out with wet hands. Also, the toilet cleaning machine was defective so you had to go to a building further away with your toilet. From a 5 star campground you should really expect a little more.

The complex is very good... and very clean... yes... better bring mosquito repellent because they eat you, literally, it's a blast.

We stayed in a tent for two weeks, and the pitch is absolutely impractical! A pétanque pitch would be more practical, but we folded about twenty sardines, as the pitch is filled with pebbles. Speaking of the pétanque pitch, it's not maintained, with bumps everywhere and some garbage. Then there are the parties! A disaster! The organization clearly needs to be overhauled, and special thanks go to "Dj Séb". I don't know where you found him, but I doubt he's really a DJ. So-called "beach party" evenings where he plays songs from the 80s for 2h30, and for young people ALWAYS the SAME sound! It was pitiful and embarrassing. If you're 20, don't come to this campsite, it's a bore! The "toilets" are very small, to get to the REAL toilets you have to go to reception, which is a long way away... so the ones we had for two weeks... So clean! Horrible! Cleaning must be done at least every 5 hours, given how clean they are. The bar is very expensive! Pool too small. Rare positive points : Calm and serenity A top-notch team of entertainers - given the catastrophic evenings, they're very patient and cool with everyone. Plenty of deckchairs for sunbathing. A beautiful landscape to my taste. And no restrictive rules that prevented us from living our lives. To conclude, the hygiene needs to be reviewed, the parties need to be reviewed, and the DJ needs to be fired! Prices too high. But if you came to Merendella, you'd be in a paradise of calm and serenity, with the sea right in front of you and the fish. It was still cool, but... I would have liked to have had a bit more fun at the parties.

Nice quiet campsite with very friendly and helpful people! Clean plumbing, plenty of play areas for the kids. Lovely adjacent forest for hiking or mountain biking. Our spot was not the nicest, just tight enough and on the 'main road'. Dining facilities were fine and on some days a food truck comes. Entertainment is mentioned but that's just some craft hours, which is also fine but so don't expect too much of it :)

Nice day out at Archeon. Next time we will go earlier so we have more time to do things. One can definitely spend a whole day there. The food stalls were very nice and located everywhere around the park.
