The cottage (125) was fully equipped (never experienced such fast internet by the way) and was located on the edge of the beautiful forest. We made many beautiful hiking and biking trips. Because we had something to celebrate, we went out to dinner twice. Once at the park and once in the country hotel nearby. Good food and drink with friendly service. A little life as God in Drenthe so. We will definitely come back!

Ook de tweede keer is het park uitermate goed bevallen. Het huisje (125) was van alle gemakken voorzien (nog nooit zo'n snel internet meegemaakt trouwens) en lag aan de rand van het prachtige bos. We hebben heel wat mooie wandel- en fietstochtjes gemaakt. Omdat we wat te vieren hadden zijn we twee keer uit eten geweest. Één keer op het park en één keer in het landhotel vlakbij. Lekker eten en drinken met vriendelijke bediening. Een beetje leven als God in Drenthe dus. We komen zeker nog een keertje terug!

The decor is a perfect blend of Balinese and modern styles, with a spacious room offering a breathtaking view of nature. Comfort is absolute, and the spa surrounded by vegetation invites total relaxation. The staff are extremely welcoming and attentive, making the experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend it! Séjour exceptionnel au Lodge Bali ! Nous avons passé une nuit incroyable au Lodge Bali, un véritable écrin de sérénité. La décoration allie parfaitement le style balinais et moderne, avec une chambre spacieuse offrant une vue imprenable sur la nature. Wij hadden niets met de camping maar toevallig vlak bij de camping een lekke band met de fiets. We mochten de fietspomp lenen van deze vriendelijke mensen. Als ze al zo vriendelijk zijn voor onbekenden, dan zullen ze nog vriendelijker zijn voor hun eigen gasten.

Ballum CampingA very quiet campsite off the island of Romo. The campsite is much cheaper than those on the island and offers a very good alternative. The drive to the beach, Lakolk Romo, takes about 20-25 minutes by car. The location is very quiet and the place invites you to relax. The staff is very courteous and speaks German. The playground offers children everything they could wish for. We would come back at any time and certainly will.

Sehr schön ruhig gelegener Campingplatz, vor der Insel Romo. Der Platz ist deutlich günstiger als die auf der Insel und bietet eine sehr gute Alternative. Die Fahrt zum Strand, Lakolk Romo dauert ca 20-25 Minuten, mit dem Auto. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und der Platz lädt zum Entspannen ein. Der Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und spracht deutsch. Der Spielplatz bietet Kinder alles was Sie sich wünschen. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen und werden es auch ganz sicher tun.

Holiday Park De IJsvogelNeed to escape the daily grind and hectic pace? Relax completely and enjoy the comfort of the Tiny houses, the beautiful surroundings and the friendly staff. We stayed there for 4 days and it was wonderful, battery fully recharged. Highly recommended!
