Em va agradar: The treatment of the staff, they were very kind. The toilets were very clean No em va agradar: Plots not delimited with very dry land and not very flat. We had to ask for a change of plot and it was granted with a price increase. Little shade and therefore very hot. It is located far from the urban center and it is necessary to have a vehicle for any management.

Poca sombra y debido a ello mucho calor.

Positive: large, quiet pitches - beautiful lagoon - very friendly security guard |Negative: ZERO Sunêlia entertainment!!! Just a children's club for children under 12...even though the Sunêlia website states "Every evening in July and August, our team of entertainers offers themed evenings", only the restaurant offers evening entertainment (karaoke, concerts, etc.) a few nights a week...DJ evening brought forward a day without warning...karaoke announced at 7:30 p.m. starts at 9:00 p.m.....in short...not very serious...and the manager telling me "but Madame, people have to finish eating before the entertainment..." yes, I understand, but it seems complicated to put the right time on an application... then at the beginning of the stay, there was no surveillance of the lagoon, so we found young people smoking (not just cigarettes...) and others without wristbands 😳 (where did these people come from?!?) then at the end of the stay, there was no surveillance of the lagoon, so we found young people smoking (not just cigarettes...) and others without wristbands 😳 (where did these people come from?!?).!?) then at the end of our stay someone came from time to time to watch...he oscillated between the lagoon and the pool. Grocery store of no interest as far too small and very poorly stocked/bread on order...|Camping very popular with the Dutch (who bring their charcoal BBQ even though it's strictly forbidden...there are signs all over the campsite as it's a high-risk wooded area...well, we called reception to let them know and 1 hour later security called us back to explain our problem....heu...well.... And if you call yourself a "Camping ZEN", please mention it on the Sunelia website! For us, this will be our last time with Sunelia. There are much better campsites elsewhere, and they're much more faithful to the description!

Visited the snack bar:the fries were ok,the bami slice was cold, the cervela was not fried and with the curry sausage special you had to look for the sauce and onion with a magnifying glass! This will have been a one time thing!Too bad this is detrimental to the compass campground.

Campground does not meet expectations. Read and judge for yourself before you book your vacation here.||The campground promises several things on many online page, which ultimately do not match. I list them and judge for yourself:|- Well-stocked mini-market: there are some items available at the bar, but there is no question of "well-stocked" and actually there should be no supermarket. The nice pictures on hin website are from at least 20 years ago.|- The playground dates from 1999 and, according to the certificate, would have reached end of life no later than 2007. The playground is very rickety, screws are sticking out and parts have subsided. The swing is so rickety that it can break at any moment.|- It is promised in several places that there is Dutch-speaking animation. Unfortunately there is no animation team present. There is a kind of after-school care at the pool for Italian children. But that is not accessible for Dutch children. |- The beautiful Tuscan restaurant where you could enjoy many local dishes, has been empty for some time (years?). The mailbox is bulging, weeds are growing luxuriantly and looks more like a haunted house.|- The soccer field and the beach volleyball court are not accessible. The bushes grow lush there. And before you get there, you have to go down the campground, and then walk through a lot of sprawl. I wouldn't send an adult there unsupervised yet, let alone a child.|- The campground is very large. More than half is no longer passable due to the heavy vegetation. The pitches are mostly empty. Few children.|- Upon arrival it was already apparent that we had not chosen a good campsite, the sign hung loose, was old and greenish. As if we arrived at an abandoned site.|- We had booked a luxury tent through Villatent. The tent is fine. But unfortunately the campsite was not. The families from the other villatents left prematurely after a few days.||Come without children? For your rest? Do you need few facilities? Then this is not a wrong campsite! If the campsite would profile itself in that way, it would save many people a lot of misery.|After we had pointed all this out, the staff at the reception reacted very passively. They don't seem to care.

In 2 words a terrible experience. Undoubtedly a huge campsite but with limited portion of pine forest with most of the pitches exposed to the sun and there is not even a shadow of any planting that could make up for the desert and arid areas under the scorching sun, so much so that most campers are crammed into the few cozy areas. You pay for everything from wifi to sunbeds by the pool (extended concrete cast!), Market with crazy prices, Animation to be a pity especially the one that is supposed to entertain the children in one word very bad and I refrain from making further comments. Toilets entrusted to cooperatives of people unaccustomed to social relations with guests who pay top dollar for their stay in this campsite. We, personally, are forced to stay here until August 24 because we had to pay everything in advance florins of money for 14 days(we had never done it) but we are counting the days until we have to leave (and we can not wait) : very bad experience. The only positive note is the very large pools with the water park no doubt beautiful but even here there is to say, because the two pools are sunny with few places in the shade, you have to be in the water all the time! We want to talk about the baby dance entrusted to two girls not up to the task entrusted and on the other hand all the animation, even the evening, nonexistent and ridiculous entrusted to people with little experience in the field. I stop here and cmq if you want a quiet vacation ... stay away from this place!

Liked: We hired a room with a comfy double bed and en-suite shower room. There was a pleasant outside dining area, we brought our own cooking equipment as we knew there was no kitchen. Air conditioning was absolutely brilliant as temperatures were 36 degrees and above! Great pool although this is open to the public so quite busy at times. Plenty of sun beds though. Staff were really friendly and there is a very small shop for supplies. The restaurant and cafe were very good. There is a bus to Florence a few times a day but nothing else in the area without a car. We didn’t mind too much as we got the train from Florence to Pisa and elsewhere but it is a bit of a concern to get back before the last bus leaves Florence quite early evening. Beautiful countryside though quite isolated. We really enjoyed our stay Disliked: Quite isolated location, though beautiful. Really do need a car as the bus timetable is limited and not always reliable but we managed okay.
