Had a great weekend with the group of friends; what a lovely house on the water. We will most likely go again next year

The location and tranquility of the facility as well as the well-kept condition. In addition, because of the not optimal weather, the villa was heatable and therefore cozy in the evening.

We do not normally write reviews, but for this campground we made an exception. From the first moment we felt very welcome at this beautiful, quiet and small-scale campground. David & Claire are the friendliest campsite owners we have met in our lives. Don't forget to ask them for tips on activities in the beautiful surroundings (and for good restaurants nearby). Of course we must not forget Christel: she makes sure the sanitary facilities are always in tip-top order and is always in for a pleasant chat. For bicycle lovers: this is a true bicycle paradise. The pictures speak for themselves.

The cottage was perfect and in a very beautiful natural setting!!! Wonderfully enjoyed the jacuzzi.

Beautiful park with friendly people who always think with you. Fatalities are super clean.

Fine vacation park for people seeking peace and nature. Luxurious, well-equipped cottages. When we noticed several feral cats roaming around, we bought dry kibble and fed the cats daily.

For the third time we were at the Lost Cost with our grandchildren. It was another fantastic weekend. The horseback riding, play opportunities, feeding the animals and mucking out made the weekend a joy for them. So close to the forest you can have a wonderful walk there. All respect to the owner who supervises the activities on the horses! Also very nice that our dog could come along.

The views from the campsite across to Oberbronn are beautiful.|The campsite has all the possibility of being good but needs a bit of upkeep. The toilet block we were closest to, was shabby on the outside but clean inside.|Others have mentioned the lack of site map and I would def echo this as we didn't discover diahwashing facilities close to us till the last day and were making the trek across site. We never found the laundry facilities.|The inside swimming pool is a big plus, although sauna broken when we visited but steam room good.|Be mindful out of July/Aug reception is closed 12-4pm. So it's a late check-in compared to other places at 4pm.|Also the restaurant wasn't open and only opens July /Aug, we went end May /start of June.|Pitches were fine but there are parts of the site that can get a bit boggy.|We walked into Oberbronn, about 20 mins passing many storks nearing on top of posts! This was a Friday, only the bistro at end of the village open and then were full apparently. So we ended up having lunch at the Hotel Couvert. Serves reasonably priced, good quality food and the convent is def worth looking round as its an impressive building but we only looked externally.

We arrived as a group and had some chalets together. The chalets were very good. Comfortable mattresses, well stocked kitchen, great deck, not too close together & very clean. Lots of hot water & heat. |The weather was wet which meant due to the lack of paths it was very muddy going to & from our chalet. |The pool had very limited hours 10-5. We were a large group & this was very disappointing for the kids who would have liked a swim when we got back in the evening. |The restaurant was ok but was only opened Fri- Sun. The had pizza burgers but also has a few more local dishes available. They were chips with everything. Maybe having rice as an option with some things would be better. |The campsite is out of the way, especially if you do not have a car. We found Taxis impossible to get, so we felt stuck outside town with no access to a shop.

We apparently had a private bungalow, which we really did not know beforehand. The information on the table showed that a 4 pers. Bungalow a 6 pers. made. It concerns No. 51|Our conclusion is that with an occupancy of 6 people is still very cramped. We were with 3 adults and really needed the space.|The plus points are: |Beautiful location in nature and quiet.|Beautiful garden with several seating areas and an additional roof with garden furniture.|Very nice bathroom with rain shower and large sink, toilet and kitchen were also recently vernieuwd.|There are also some improvements: |The beds occupy the entire width of the bedroom.|If you are not so mobile, it is really difficult to get into bed, there is hardly any space next to the bed. We literally had to crawl over the bed.|There is only 1 closet in the bungalow, and 1 wardrobe but that adds little for adults.|In one bedroom there was no wardrobe at all, although there is still best a narrow closet or clothes rack, could be placed.|The bed cushions were really not comfortable, were a thick pile and synthetic.|Beyond the bathroom was nowhere a mirror present, quite inconvenient if you have several people.|The dining area looked very old, the upholstery of each chair was severely damaged.|Then as an interim solution, as long as a cover around it.|In short, good plus points but also areas for improvement.|Of the other facilities we have not used, although the pool looked very good.

Just back from a week at Huttopia, Senonches. Had a great stay, in lovely surroundings, with great facilities and helpful staff. Would highly recommend! Four star on service only because not everything up and running for activities/restaurant- we visited just out of season.

Super campsite I highly recommend! Very pleasant stay and very professional staff :)
