The next day we reported to the front office but for such matters park manager Nienke (on the other side of the wall) was not available to us. Front office would again, note again???, send a cleaner. Laten we met het goede beginnen, een prachtig aangelegd park. Daarmee zijn de positieve zaken volledig benoemd. Twee dagen voor aankomst werden wij gebeld dat het huisje niet verhuurd kon worden en of we wilden uitwijken van Lochem naar Amsterdam. Dit sloot naadloos aan op de in die week uitgezonden Belvilla praktijken.|Na veel ophef en het feit dat wij met de familie alle activiteiten rondom Lochem hadden gepland en gereserveerd kregen wij uiteindelijk het bericht dat we toch konden komen zonder enige toelichting. |Bij aankomst in het huisje waren wij met stomheid geslagen. Smerige plakkende vloeren, een vaatwasser vol vuile vaat, een oven waaruit je kon eten (zoveel verschimmelde etenswaren), haren op de douchewanden, maandverband in de volle prullenbakken, tandpasta op de wastafels, teennagels onder de tafel, lege tamponhulzen, etc. etc. Te vies om te betreden. De receptie was op dat moment niet meer aanwezig en op de 24/7 beschikbare app ons ongenoegen geuit. Geen reactie. De volgende dag hebben wij ons bij de receptie gemeld maar voor dit soort aangelegenheden was parkmanager Nienke (aan de andere kant van de muur) voor ons niet beschikbaar. Frontoffice zou opnieuw, let wel opnieuw??, een schoonmaker sturen. Na terugkomst was hier en daar een natte doek/dweil doorheen geweest maar het huisje was allesbehalve schoon.|De schoonmaakkosten zouden teruggestort worden hetgeen nu 2 weken na vertrek nog steeds niet is gebeurd. |Ons advies: BOEK NOOIT EUROPARCS DE ACHTERHOEK IN LOCHEM.|Tenzij je van schoonmaken, gezondheidsrisico's en een zeer klant-onvriendelijk management houdt die haar afspraken niet nakomt.

Huttopia Chardons Bleus - Ile de RéWe stayed on the site with the caravan and were very satisfied. The site is close to nature, situated between tall pine trees. The sanitary building was cleaned daily. Soap and toilet paper are of course available there. We had a lot of rain and made good use of the common room with the children. Washing and drying is quite expensive (€5 per machine)! The same goes for bike rental. Bread rolls can be pre-ordered in the evening and are delicious. Playground is wonderful, children's pool was unfortunately not usable at temperatures around 16 degrees unheated, the heated pool is 1.50cm deep. We were very happy with the campsite!

Wir waren mit dem Wohnwagen auf dem Platz und waren sehr zufrieden. Der Platz ist naturnah, zwischen hohen Kiefern gelegen. Das Sanitärgebäude wurde täglich gereinigt. Seife und Toilettenpapier sind dort selbstverständlich vorhanden. Wir hatten viel Regen und haben mit den Kindern den Gemeinschaftsraum gut genutzt. Waschen und Trocknen ist recht teuer (5€ pro Maschine)! Ebenso der Fahrradverleih. Brötchen können abends vorbestellt werden und sind köstlich. Spielplatz ist wunderbar, Kinderpool war bei Temperaturen um 16 Grad unbeheizt leider nicht nutzbar, der beheizte Pool ist 1,50cm tief. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dem Platz!
