A great stay, as is often the case with Huttopia.
Aside from the abundance of spiders (as is to be expected at a nature campground...), the accommodations (Arizona) were perfect. The pool’s hours were extended due to the heat wave, which was very welcome!

A nice campground with many vacant buildings/chalets.
Dogs are welcome, and we were the first to use the dog shower in the new restroom building. Unfortunately, there are too many chalets, which means the restaurant is now closed and there aren’t enough campsites left. The playground is way too small, but on the other hand, there’s a wonderful water playground right by the water just outside the campground. There’s also a small dog beach.

We enjoyed our stay in the Massai tent, with a breathtaking view of Lake Serre-Ponçon. The tent is well-appointed and the terrace is very pleasant. It is surprising, however, that the fan in the bedroom doesn’t have a power outlet to plug it in next to the bed, rendering it completely useless. The cleaning fee also seems excessive to us given the size of the area to be cleaned. (90 euros, when a night’s stay already costs 85 euros.) It’s possible to clean the tent yourself to avoid this fee, but the cleaning supplies provided are very basic, and there’s no vacuum cleaner available.
As for the campground in general, we were very shocked by the conditions for campers on the tent and RV sites, crammed into tiny spaces with no separation between them and very few restroom facilities. These conditions seem to us to fall short of Huttopia’s standards, and for this reason, we cannot recommend this site. We got the impression that the campground was focused solely on maximizing profits, with no regard for campers’ comfort.
Furthermore, during our stay, we were subjected to noise disturbances due to construction work on the main building. We were not informed of this construction work at the time of booking, and no compensation was offered for the inconvenience caused.
We sincerely hope that Huttopia’s quality will remain as it is and that the pursuit of profit will not come at the expense of the quality that Huttopia is known for.

We decided to take a cycling vacation from Central Limburg to South Limburg. Our initial plan was to cycle from hotel to hotel every day throughout South Limburg.
But then we decided on a centrally located bungalow park instead, and through “Voordeeluitjes” we found this fairly new park in Bemelen, near Maastricht, which is easily accessible by bike from Central Limburg.
A beautifully situated mountain lodge, accessible via the resort’s well-organized booking system.
The layout is particularly well-suited for young people or young families, as the second bedroom is located in the attic of the lodge. It’s neat and very well-maintained.

All necessary amenities are provided, except for a Senseo coffee machine.
The bathroom is small but very neat and well-maintained, with an exhaust fan, an outlet, and a rain shower.
A small terrace with garden chairs and a table offering a beautiful view; the Italian restaurant is highly recommended, with extremely friendly staff and delicious dishes—fortunately, they can serve them without Parmesan cheese upon request.

Northeast of Cadier en Keer, adjacent to the hamlet of ’t Rooth, lies a large open-pit quarry. Marble was quarried here until 2017.

You can definitely stay here longer and come back. Krk and the surrounding area are very beautiful and charming. The campground met our expectations, though unfortunately there were a lot of chalets and bungalows here as well, at the expense of the number of RV sites.

We were at the beach there. It was super clean, and the beach bar was great.

We really had a great weekend at the Pampel. Very relaxed atmosphere, nice spots (a few more trees would make it even better), and a nice pool.

What a beautiful, peaceful, and well-kept campground.

We were there with our caravan and had a gorgeous view. The sunset over the Tuscan hills is also beautiful.
The restrooms have a charming, nostalgic feel and are spotless.

You can take a cooking class at the campground’s restaurant. Awesome!
There’s plenty to do in the area, and a small, quiet village is within walking distance.
