This campsite offered us a rare experience: that of not staying with them. Reservation never confirmed, reminder totally ignored. Remarkable efficiency in the art of not hosting! In possession of a Wonderbox "Trois jours insolites et gourmands" package, my partner and I wanted to plan a stay in the region. Here are the details of our experience with Camping Seasonova - La Forêt in Sillé-le-Guillaume: on Saturday August 2, I called the booking office at 2.40pm to enquire about the feasibility of a stay from September 1 to 3. I was asked to call back the next day, so I contacted the booking office again on Sunday August 3 and was told that availability was likely, but that I had to send an e-mail directly to the campsite requesting confirmation of the stay for the planned dates, together with the references of the Wonderbox gift voucher to be given to the chosen service provider. On August 3rd at 6.26 pm, I sent the following e-mail to the campsite: "Hello, further to our telephone conversation today, I would like to ask you to confirm the availability of your establishment in Sillé-le-Guillaume, in the period indicated in the subject line, for a Wonderbox gourmet stay for 2 people as described in the attached documents. We look forward to your return and your confirmation of our reservation." In the late morning of Tuesday August 5, having received no reply from the campsite, I decided to call the head office again. Time was of the essence for us, as our planned stay included a pet-sitting service that we needed to commit to quickly. And then I discover how difficult it is to reach a contact person: 5 calls without any connection between 11:07 and 11:48. So at 12:00 I sent the following e-mail to the head office: "Hello, as I have not received a reply from Camping de Sillé le Guillaume to my booking e-mail below, could you please ask them to confirm by e-mail the availability of their establishment on the desired dates (2-night Wonderbox gourmet stay from September 1 to 3, 2025)? Thank you in advance". At the end of the day, having received no reply from either the head office or the campsite, I sent them the following e-mail: "Hello, having received no confirmation or any reply from you to my booking request made on August 3, 2025, and finding it extremely difficult to reach a contact person by telephone, I hereby inform you that I am cancelling my booking request outright, as such an attitude leaves me with doubts about the seriousness of your establishment. I will be sure to inform the Wonderbox company of my dissatisfaction". I never received a reply to this e-mail. Too bad, the Google review system doesn't allow zero stars. Of course, we had no trouble finding a professional and efficient service provider who allowed us to take full advantage of our Wonderbox package. And our booking was confirmed in less than 24 hours... Further to the campsite's reply to this review, I would like to point out that I have never had any problems receiving messages with my mailbox and that no message from the campsite has ever been forwarded to the Undesirable folder...

We hebben hier 5 heerlijke dagen gehad begin september! De camping ligt op een perfecte locatie tussen Florence en Siena in en andere dorpjes in de buurt om te bezoeken. Een dagje op de camping relaxen is ook geen straf met het uitzicht vanaf het zwembad. De camping zelf is heel lekker rustig (als je daarvan houdt), 90% Nederlanders toen wij er waren, het sanitair is prima (douche later op de avond enigszins lauw), je kunt er was draaien, brood bestellen, koffie/drankje doen, goede prijs-kwaliteitverhouding. Reserveren wel aan te raden. Wij konden toen we spontaan aankwamen kiezen uit een aantal staanplaatsen in de categorie 'klein', lukte echt nèt met onze 4-persoonstent. In de nabijgelegen gemeentes alles wat je nodig hebt qua supermarkt, farmacie etc. Lief Italiaans gezin dat het runt!

Very nice campground. Very large. Everything well organized and pico in order. Very nice is the planting done, varied and that you have your own place in a nice way.

Super camping, dans la nature, très bel endroit, calme, reposant , accueil chaleureux, très agréable, sympathique, sanitaire propre, nous recommandons +++++. Belle piscine, snack bar au top Pizza délicieuse

I think this place is good but with a lot of restrictions. Sanitary building no. 1 should be demolished. The others are just about acceptable. There are 4 showers for the men and 4 for the women in the small hut at the back for 150 pitches... of course only when they are all occupied. I'm a camper and don't have very high standards, but the place looks particularly high quality on the outside and in the end you only get a well-packaged 2 stars here. The ruins are annoying and should be torn down. Meat for the barbecue? There were only packaged dog wings and fillet for days. No fresh salad. Underground. The sewage site resembles a building site. The pitches, I was on Luxury, are good but I find this elsewhere with more service and better sanitary buildings. The price-performance ratio is not right for me here.

We were on the site in September 25 and were surprised that the site was almost full. But we still got a nice pitch in a good size. As the site belongs to SVR, the price is also very reasonable. The staff and the manager are very friendly and there is a relaxed atmosphere. The sanitary facilities are quite new and very well maintained. There is a highway and the Aachen/Maastricht airport nearby, which you can sometimes hear, but it's not really disturbing. You can do a lot of things and enjoy cycling. The pizza evenings on site are also highly recommended. The pizza tastes great and is brought to the campsite. Overall, we were very satisfied and would visit the campsite again.

Really a city campground with lots of noise from the highway/highway that runs alongside. New plumbing is very nice, old is still being addressed we understand. It is a green campground with lots of shade. It is a bit of a bike ride to the center 4.5 km but nice routes. You can also cheap shuttle bus (0.15 cents pp return) Beach near camping will look good. Overall a great campsite as a base for Ghent.

We had a pitch with private sanitary facilities. The private sanitary facilities were clean and we were given a small welcome pack (washing-up kit, 2 dishwasher tabs etc.). The site is very nice, clean and well-kept. There are various modern playgrounds spread all over the site. The program for children was also varied outside the vacation season and during the week. There is never a dull moment here. There is a small, well-stocked Spar. The prices are ok for a campsite. We will be back!

This is our 2nd stay at Sunêlia Séquoia and it's always perfect! The lagoon and swimming pools are great for children (even with a bit of grey weather, there are heated pools), the restaurant was very good and the entertainment and entertainers very nice for our eldest daughter aged 4 (she loved the mini disco and the foam party). the two visits to the goat farm and ducks offered by the campsite were really great, she was able to feed the animals and even milk a goat, the breeders were really passionate and adorable with children. A great stay!
