Silva sauna
Resort Veluwethe reception helped us well with the stay for 2 days for our children and grandchild. Disadvantage was that there was not enough glasses, cutlery in the cottage. this reported, but reception mentioned that this was refilled 1 x per month. in case of real lack we could have it replenished

de receptie heeft ons goed geholpen met het verblijf voor 2 dagen voor onze kinderen en kleinkind. Nadeel was dat er niet voldoende glazen, bestek aanwezig was in het huisje. dit gemeld, maar receptie vermeldde dat dit 1 x per maand werd bijgevuld. bij echt gebrek konden we het laten aanvullen

Recreatiepark het EsmeerEmployees were friendly. What surprised us was that we were addressed by an employee of that reception desk smoking on the terrace. Who apparently did not feel it necessary to use an ashtray. Does not come across as very representative.

Medewerkers waren vriendelijk. Wat ons verbaasden was dat we te woord werden gestaan door een op het terras rokende medewerkster van die receptie. Die vond het blijkbaar niet nodig om een asbak te gebruiken. Komt niet erg representatief over.

Iedereen die werkzaam is was zeer vriendelijk. In het restaurant werden wij ook goed en zeer vriendelijk bediend door een jonge man. Naam weet ik niet maar hij had alle aandacht voor ons en zelfs de hond kreeg een koekje.

ZomerlichtCamped for a week last summer. High season price paid for post season animation, service and opening hours. Plumbing was not clean. Pool dingy and it was supposed to be heated but very cold. Staff was knowledgeable, the owners much less so. Not nice people and mostly very concerned with themselves.

Vorige zomer een weekje gekampeerd. Hoogseizoen prijs betaald voor naseizoen animatie, service en openingstijden. Sanitair was niet schoon. Zwembad groezelig en het zou verwarmd zijn, maar erg koud. Personeel was kundig, de eigenaren stukken minder. Geen aardige mensen en vooral erg met zichzelf bezig.
