A very cozy, fully furnished tent.
Very well equipped.
A true haven for recharging your batteries

We're currently staying there. We'd checked out the place a few times before. It's actually not a bad spot—very quiet, clean, clean wash houses, good waste disposal options.
Unfortunately, though, there are a lot of negative things to report about the daily rate of just under 80 euros.

The Wi-Fi works very poorly; there’s no hot water for washing dishes; some sites are very uneven; and the electricity and water supply are laid out so poorly that you always have to go into someone else’s site. The dog beach is unfortunately more of a puddle, but there’s a large field for dogs to run around in.

For boaters with small boats, there’s a super-wide ramp leading into the sea.
The staff is friendly.

We’ll be coming back in August anyway.

The Kainz Family

A very nice, well-equipped, and shaded campground. It’s a shame that we were assigned—without being able to choose, unlike others who arrived after us—a spot next to a group of 30 or 40 young people, who were certainly very polite and friendly, but who were constantly walking around and through our site. As for the restrooms, while they were well-maintained, it was impossible to use even one shower in the evening or in the morning before 9:30 a.m., as they were overrun by the young campers who couldn’t do without music. And there was no more toilet paper starting at noon...

Impeccable hospitality, warmth, and cleanliness. There’s toilet paper in the bathrooms (which isn’t always a given), but there are no hair dryers. Excellent value for the money: €35 per night in July for a generously sized campsite surrounded by hedges for privacy.

We were camping with tent in early July. This place is a hidden gem with its own beach, a beautiful pool, plenty of shade and reasonably priced. Clean, peaceful.

Unfortunately, we're not too thrilled about the campground.
The campground is actually nice, and the lady at the front desk was very friendly.
Here are a few reasons why:
- The €32 for a small van and two people is overpriced, but after the €16 toll we had to pay just to visit Île de Ré, that shouldn’t really come as a surprise.
In the little town next to the campground, a cappuccino costs €5.50😅
- At the campsite where we were staying, a greenish sap dripped from the trees and stained our entire van.
- The washing machine is a joke. First of all, one washing machine for the whole campground is way too few!
Second, we made the mistake of selecting the 90° program, which apparently takes 40 minutes... After waiting more than 2 hours with no display, the wash cycle finally starts—another 50 minutes (no option to cancel)—and then the washing machine still has to drain and spin. We waited more than 3 hours for that one load of laundry and paid 5€ for it.
Of course, other guests also wanted to use the washing machine—that was more than just embarrassing for us, but luckily everyone was understanding about our problem.
- The Wi-Fi is only free for 10 minutes; after that, you have to pay. That’s ridiculous and, for a campground with prices like these, nothing short of extortion.
- The two bikes we rented are also ridiculous—they’re just junk. And we paid €28 for a day’s rental. We couldn’t even use them for half the day because we had to wait for our laundry.
We wanted to use the bikes to explore the other villages, but with a headwind, it was almost impossible on these bikes; halfway through, we gave up and visited the villages in our van instead...
Bottom line: We definitely won’t be coming back.
