A beautiful small campground beautifully located close to Sarlat. We stayed in a mobile home. This was neat, clean and complete, including dishwasher, air conditioning and excellent mattress. The campground is quiet and nice for families with elementary school children. There is no animation, but we did not miss it. The playground is nice, and at the pool with slide we had a great time. The owners are friendly and helpful. We booked a canoe trip and a restaurant through the campground. The restautant at the campsite is fine, and what you can expect from a campsite restaurant. Reservations are necessary in the main season. The campground attracts a lot of Dutch people. I think about 95 percent of the guests are Dutch.

Arrived at campsite without a reservation was actually no more place but manageress came after looking together at locations with a perfect alternative. Camping has a sanitary building downstairs that was cleaned well several times a day. Restaurant delicious food and good personal service. Camping is directly adjacent to the Vennbahn so with the bike in hand walk bridge over and enjoy. Did not know that Belgium is trilingual, Camping is in the middle of German Eifel part. Where a small country can be great is to make its guests feel at home.

The net in the Villatent Ranger was really a success with our kids! It was the first time glamping for us. The "outdoor life" in the glamping tent was great! This combined with the luxury of a house. The weather was also ideal. Warm during the day and cool at night so we could sleep well.

We booked the house, an apartment and a room for a weekend for a family reunion and were very satisfied! All the accommodation was clean and comfortably furnished. There was even a great selection of games. The communication in advance was wonderful and our individual wishes were taken into account and implemented perfectly. The childcare with the ponies was also very good and the children loved it. We had also booked riding lessons, but it might be interesting to know that these are not necessarily individual lessons, but that the children take turns on the ponies. The food we booked (2x breakfast and 1x barbecue) was really well prepared and very tasty! There are several opportunities on the farm to meet up as a larger group to eat together. There is a recreation room with great games that can be used. The playground is well laid out and offers enough space and activities for lots of children. We were given a great, interesting tour of the farm and took a tractor ride to the nearby nature reserve. Again, the hosts were super nice and gave us information about the area and prepared a great picnic. It would just have been good to be informed in advance that you have to call once on arrival to find out exactly where the accommodation is (where the key is), but you can also find out this way if you don't meet anyone at first. All in all, we felt very comfortable and would love to come back!

Lovely cottage in beautiful location, tastefully decorated, quiet environment, ideal for de-stressing, cycling and hiking (even with your pet as it is welcome).

What a beautiful place and what a nice campground. Friendly helpful managers, beautiful spacious, green pitches with beautiful views when you are by the water. Very nice and complete sanitary facilities.

We enjoyed Sunninglye so much we returned this year and it was just as great.||Fantastic experience and location. This year we booked the brunch and barbecue box. My favourite was the brunch followed by Raft Building. ||We had Toddlers, Teenagers, 20s, 30s, 50s and dogs. Thirteen of us and 3 dogs all had a fabulous experience. ||Thank you to Jo and Jill. Jo you must continue with the homemade jam. ||Hoping to return soon.

Liked: Not a lot to like about this site Disliked: Unhelpful staff,swimming pool slides not working continuously (seamed to be on timer).Power washing around pool while everyone were trying to relax. Wouldn't put freezer packs in fridges even though there was 5 in shop.Power supply was not on each pitch so had to rent extra cable (100 euro deposit)
