Spent 10 days at the campsite, with our own tent and extra tent. Blessed location with spacious sites, many families, well-equipped sanitary facilities, nice common indoor areas (which was especially welcome for the children the first few days in the rain). The kids (9 and 11 years old) enjoyed the trampoline, the swimming pool, the lake, the play loft and the games closet. Together we enjoyed the bread service, being able to order a breakfast basket on the first morning, the pizza nights.... We were warmly welcomed by Helene and Willem and enjoyed their hospitality. We made some excursions in the area (each time a short drive): lake of Sidiailles, Les Pierres Jaumâtres... Definitely worth it! Throughout our stay, the wind picked up regularly. A few extra guy ropes (for your tarp, for example) are no luxury, since you're really camping on an open plain.

Wonderful Camping better than where I am now

Fajny kamping z ogromnymi parcelami. Największa zaletą tego miejsca jest właśnie przestrzeń do dyspozycji. Nie ma obaw, że sąsiad będzie za blisko. Do dyspozycji gości jest pralnia (płatna), łazienki (prysznic na żetony - 1 dla 1 osoby na dzień pobytu), plac zabaw, bar z przekąskami i napojami. Kemping oferuje animacje dla dzieci. Na kempingu brakuje ogólnodostępnej kuchni z lodówką (byliśmy z namiotem, dla kamperów i przyczep nie powinno to być problemem). Największe atrakcje Czeskiej i Saksońskie Szwajcarii znajdują się w zasięgu do 1h jazdy samochodem. Zdecydowana większość gości pochodzi z Holandii i niektóre informacje są napisane tylko w języku niderlandzkim. Pomocna obsługa - wypożyczyła nam kabel i adapter do podłączenia prądu. Ogólnie fajne i przyjazne miejsce godne polecenia

Beautifully situated in the forest, 3 minutes walk to the beach. We were there for the 2nd time and can only recommend the site. It is important to clearly indicate this when booking for a larger camper (ours is 7m long) for a suitable pitch due to the very natural campsite.

Our week in the O'hara mobile home was fine; totally what my friend and I needed. Nice furnished "cottage" where we unwinded and enjoyed nature. It was a week with a lot of rain, but we didn't mind. When it got too chilly, we could turn on the electric heater. The owner was very friendly and helpful. Also the other staff (both at the reception and in the restaurant) were always attentive and friendly. When the sun did come out, we enjoyed nature walks, the pedal boats and a drink on the nice terrace (overlooking the swimming pond and playground).

This place is perfect. Almost! Easy to find and very welcoming staff. The pitch for a family tent was huge leaving us enough space for a 6 man tent, large event shelter and my ford ranger and STILL enough space to fit it all again! (Pitch 57) There is a very large fun pool with lane swimming, jacuzzi and shallower area for kids. Water slide great too. In addition there is a baby pool. Not much seating provided on the grassed area around. But bring your own camp chairs and its a lovely sunny area. Hot food and snacks also available along with great immaculately clean toilets and showers. On the camping areas you have small but very clean toilets/shower and wash basin area. Outside the same block are the potwashing sinks. Decent playpark too. Bread and croissants can be ordered each evening for morning collection as per usual in Lux/belgium/france canping. So only negatives are minor. There is a train track beside the campsite. We were literally only a hedgerow away. Two trains per half hour. So a little noisy for about 15 seconds per time. Didn’t bother us particularly but would some im sure. Secondly, the local churches seem to play their bells at 6am every morning for about 15mins and then every half hour and hour until midnight. They are noisey. My wife enjoyed but I didn’t. Overall I would say the cleanest and best campsite I’ve ever had the pleasure of visiting and we were sorry to leave. Local walks, small town with not a lot to see but short car journeys to larger more vibrant towns. Would definitely recommend very highly indeed.

Beautiful nice campsite for families

Great campsite but screaming expensive €37, 50 with the camper and 2 people, separately for the ( very bad) WiFi pay 2 euros per device. We wanted something to eat at the restaurant on the terrace that could not because there was already a group sitting ( 13 people). Fortunately there was 1 topper who made sure there was something on the table. No not my campsite

Cozy and welcoming farmer & farmer's wife! Lots to do and see. And....they have delicious cheese and other products.

Beautiful campsite , very suitable for young families. Next to beautiful forests and moors.
