Camped here for almost two weeks in June 2024 and highly recommended because: 1). The campground has spacious sites with both sun and shade. We were on a spot by the river, the sound is really fine. The campground is small and offers all the facilities that we thought were important: bar with cool drinks and snacks, bread service, clean sanitary facilities and above all a relaxed atmosphere. Because we were early in the season, the restaurant was only open on weekends, this was also very good. 2). The surroundings are truly breathtakingly beautiful. Whether you like cycling, hiking or just touring by car. The campground offers a very convenient base for that. 3). The owners are incredibly friendly and helpful. They speak at least fluent English and French and can give you good advice/ info about the area.

We spent a week here and all in all it has to be said, a super nice place to stay. Everything is very clean and the view of the water is wonderful. There is a separate shed for bicycles, which we found very good. There are also extra sunshades in the living room so it doesn't get too warm. Also fly screens, which we thought was great!!! The kitchen equipment was very good, even a freezer, oven and induction hob available. The beds are very, very soft, but still good. The toilet is separate and from the bedroom you have direct access to the bathroom with washbasin and shower. Nevertheless, there are a few small things that we would improve. We have been staying in vacation rentals for years, so we have a good comparison. For one thing, there was no hand soap, which I think is a shame as it's part of the package for me. There were towels, which were shrink-wrapped, which I find a bit unnecessary. There was also a small package with a few cookies, 2-3 dishwasher tabs and 2 rolls of toilet paper, as well as a few coffee capsules. We would also have liked the dishwasher tabs and toilet paper to be included free of charge to a limited extent. (In addition, it really is the cheapest and thinnest toilet paper). This may be complaining on a high level, but we know it differently in this price range. Nevertheless, we can recommend the accommodation! 😊

Was a super nice campsite well cared for, with French fry shop for a delicious fries or pizza and restaurant service super friendly and helpful.

Stayed here as a couple with a dog in one of the trappeur tents. Lovely peaceful natural setting, lot's of trees and the lake. This place would be brilliant to bring children that like the outdoors. There is a very good looking rope/cable tree adventure course next to the site. A steam train giving rides that runs past the site, we saw it on the day we arrived (sun) very impressive, think it will run more frequently during busy times. Tennis court, heated pool, sweat lodges, rowing boats, kayaks, BBQ areas, games inside the main building. Easy cycling in the area as the hills are nothing. Order bread and pastries for the next day, pain aux raisins are particularly good. The staff were very friendly and very helpful to us with our poor French language. We need to learn more French sorry.

Another beautiful Huttopia Campsite, open for a week and everything is brand new. We stayed in a well-equipped safari tent that we really liked, great beds and a handy outdoor kitchen. The toilet block is clean and the showers are very good! The pool is heated and the playground for the kids (8 and 5) is perfect. Unfortunately the restaurant was not open yet, but morning sandwiches with good espresso on the terrace was fine. The location by the forest is very nice and the sea within walking distance. Finally, a compliment to the staff! Very friendly and were always Ready for us!

The Flower Camping lives up to its name! Beautiful campsite, very nice staff, operator. We were here 17 june 24, 1 night with camper and 2 dogs.

Mid-June 2024. Very quiet campground , bread service, snack and small pool. Friendly owners. Beautiful region. Plenty of large sites, nice green setting, plenty of privacy. Basic and clean sanitary facilities. We are with caravan, so you can explore the region by car. Cycling is also possible, no bike paths but little traffic. No car or bike? Then you're a bit isolated ... Water sports enthusiasts and hikers with transport will certainly find what they are looking for ! Left because of bad weather but returning is definitely an option !

Our stay at Recreatiecentrum de Vogel was the best and most totally 5-star. We stayed in a chalet, which was very nice, very clean and modern. Also, there were lots of activities to do for kids such as the swimming pool and a bike rental service. Overall, it was an amazing 5-star and lovely stay.

Very nice!!! Very nice that everything is so child-friendly and fully equipped. Children can play everywhere, even if the weather is bad. Fantastic!!!
