Kompas Camping NieuwpoortA really large and beautifully landscaped campground. We had a comfort site with private bathroom facilities and electricity. The staff responded quickly to two minor issues in the bathroom. Everyone was very friendly overall. The swimming pool is a nice little highlight. Nieuwpoort—and especially the beach promenade—are well worth seeing and are easy to explore on the many good bike paths.

Richtig großer und schön angelegter Platz. Wir hatten einen Komfortplatz mit Privatsanitär und Strom. Das Personal hat schnell reagiert auf zwei kleinere Mängel im Bad. Generell alle sehr freundlich. Das Schwimmbad ist ein kleines Highlight. Nieuwpoort und vor allem die Strandpromenade sind sehr sehenswert und lassen sich auf den vielen guten Fahrradwegen sehr gut erkunden.

Camping MareveldCamping Mareveld is beautifully situated and has spacious sites. It has a small swimming pool and a nice playground. A campground with potential. Unfortunately, the restrooms are very outdated; the showerheads are covered in limescale, which could be addressed, and cleaning them would also help. Hygiene isn’t a top priority at this campground. The welcome was also far from friendly.

Camping Mareveld is mooi gelegen en heeft ruime plaatsen. Klein zwembad en mooie speeltuin. Een camping met potentie. Het sanitair is helaas sterk verouderd, verkalkte douchekoppen waar je wat aan kunt doen en ook schoonmaken zou helpen. Hygiene staat niet hoog in het vaandel bij deze camping. Ontvangst was ook verre van vriendelijk.

However, stay away! The welcome was cold, and the campground owner was aggressive. To top it all off, we made the mistake of posting a negative review before finishing our stay, so the owners blocked our access pass, preventing us from driving out of the campground—forcing us to go see them just so they could confront us! In all my years of camping, I’ve never seen anything like this! It’s a disgrace!!
Furthermore, we booked our stay through camping.com, but the information was incorrect—wrong check-in and check-out times were listed, and the reception hours were incorrect (even though all of this was indicated on the printable reservation voucher).
Finally, the campground advertises access to the Vézère River—the path does indeed exist— but once you reach the end, there’s only a small, poorly maintained staircase leading down a steep slope where, if you wish, you can dip your foot in the mud and algae; it’s impossible to sit by the water’s edge or go swimming.this is a translation, click here for the original
Le camping est idéalement placé et calme, les sanitaires sont très propres.
Cependant, fuyez ! L'accueil est froid, intéraction aggressive avec le propriétaire du camping. Pour couronner le tout nous avons eu la mauvaise idée de mettre un avis négatif avant de finir notre séjour, par conséquent les propriétaires ont bloqué notre badge permettant de sortir en voiture du camping afin d'être obligé d'aller les voir dans le but de nous confronter ! En une vie entière à fréquenter les campings je n'ai encore jamais vu ça ! C'est une honte !!
De plus nous avons réservé notre séjour en passant par le site camping.com, or les informations sont erronées, mauvaises heures de départ et arrivée indiquée, mauvaise horaire concernant l'ouverture de l'acceuil (tout ça pourtant indiqué sur le bon de réservation à imprimer).
Enfin, le camping nous vends un accès à la Vézère, le chemin existé bien, toutefois une fois arrivé au bout il n'y a qu'un petit escalier non entretenu et descendant à pic où vous pourrez si vous le souhaitez trempé un pied dans la vase et les algues, il est impossible de se poser au bord de l'eau ou de se baigner.Terrasson-Lavilledieu in Nouvelle-Aquitaine

Trasimeno Glamping ResortI stayed at the Trasimeno Glamping Resort for 9 nights.
A unique experience.
For the first two days, we stayed in the Air Lodge 2.0, a very beautiful accommodation that largely evokes a “camping” style and was also a lot of fun for my daughters.
However, on the second night we had a problem with bugs (it was around 11:00 PM), so we promptly called the front desk, which found us another place to stay for the night in less than an hour—one that was even better than the previous one.
As a result, since my wife didn’t feel comfortable returning to the previous accommodation, we stayed in the “upgrade” they gave us for one night for the entire duration of our stay, at no additional cost.
The point, however, is something else: Carolina in particular, and indeed the entire glamping staff—including the night watchman—addressed and resolved a major problem for my family in the middle of the night, in less than an hour, without asking any questions, but simply by genuinely caring about us and doing everything in their power to help us.
They were truly amazing.
Bugs or no bugs, I’ll definitely be back.
Certainly for the beauty of the place, the incredible pool, and the “recreation area,” but above all for the kindness and professionalism of the staff.

Ho alloggiato presso il Trasimeno Glamping Resort per 9 notti.
Esperienza unica.
I primi due giorni abbiamo alloggiato nella Air Lodge 2.0, struttura molto bella, che richiama in gran parte lo stile “campeggio” ed anche molto divertente per le mie figlie.
Tuttavia durante la seconda notte abbiamo avuto un problema di insetti (erano circa le 23:00), ed abbiamo prontamente chiamato la reception che in meno di un’ora ci ha trovato un’altra sistemazione per la notte, migliore della precedente.
Il risultato è stato che siccome mia moglie non se la sentiva di tornare nella precedente sistemazione, siamo rimasti nell”upgrade” che ci hanno dato per una notte, per tutto il soggiorno, senza alcun costo aggiuntivo.
Il punto però è un altro: Carolina in particolare, e anche tutto lo staff del glamping, compreso il guardiano notturno, hanno affrontato e risolto un problema importante per la mia famiglia di notte, in meno di un ora, senza fare domande, ma semplicemente preoccupandosi davvero per noi e facendo tutto ciò che era in loro potere per aiutarci.
Sono stati davvero formidabili.
Insetti o meno, di certo ci tornerò.
Sicuramente per la bellezza del luogo e dell’incredibile piscina e della “zona divertimenti”, ma soprattutto per la gentilezza e la professionalità dello staff.
