SpaarnwoudeCottages are not clean and overdue. Beds are worn, dirty and stained. Sleeping was difficult anyway because it is on the runway of Schiphol Airport. Every other minute almost all the tiles of the roof vibrate. The gym is as big as an average bathroom. The restaurant is nice and cozy, but food is better outside. Location is top 😁

Huisjes zijn niet schoon en achterstallig. Bedden zijn versleten, vies en bevlekt. Slapen was sowieso lastig want het ligt op de start of landingsbaan van Schiphol. Om de minuut trillen bijna alle dakpannen van het dak. De gym is net zo groot als een gemiddelde badkamer. Het restaurant is mooi en gezellig, maar eten is beter buiten de deur. Locatie is top 😁

Vakantiepark De WiltzanghWhat a wonderful place! The house is comfortable, spacious and fully equipped. Beds are also fine. The hot tub is really fantastic, used several times each night and then rinsed off under the outdoor shower for the sauna effect. Wellness next door! Environment is also top, you walk from the house directly into the nature reserve Dwingelderveld. The friendly managers of the small park complete the perfect picture. Special thanks to the technical manager for quickly solving a few small problems.

Wat een heerlijke plek! Het huis is comfortabel, ruim en van alle gemakken voorzien. Bedden zijn ook prima. De hottub is echt fantastisch, elke avond meerdere keren gebruikt en daarna voor het sauna-effect afspoelen onder de buitendouche. Wellness naast de deur! Omgeving is ook top, je loopt vanaf het huis direct natuurgebied Dwingelderveld in. De vriendelijke beheerders van het kleinschalig park maken het perfecte plaatje compleet. Met speciale dank aan de technische beheerder voor het snel oplossen van een paar kleine probleempjes.

De Kraaijenbergse PlassenWe arrived today in the villa for 12 people. The cleanliness of the house leaves a lot to be desired. Cobwebs everywhere. Floor not mopped. In one of the upper rooms I walked into a cobweb, which I found very disgusting.the kitchen and oven are very small. It is impossible to prepare food for 12 people. There are only miniature pots and you really have to bring everything from home. There is no toilet paper or hand soap. In the living room there is only a small corner couch for a maximum of 5 people. The other 7 people have to sit on the dining table chairs. All in all, the villa is not suitable for accommodating 12 people and the house is handed over to the guests dirty. Luckily we only booked 2 nights. Very sad, I understand customer service to be something completely different

Wir sind heute angereist in die Villa für 12 Personen. Die Sauberkeit des Hauses lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig. Überall Spinnweben. Boden nicht gewischt. In einem der oberen Zimmer bin ich in ein Spinnweben gelaufen,was ich als sehr eklig empfunden habe.Die Küche und der Backofen sind sehr klein. Essen für 12 Personen kann man da unmöglich zubereiten. Töpfe gibt es nur in Miniaturgröße.Man muss wirklich alles von zu Hause mitbringen. Es gibt weder Klopapier noch Handseife. Im Wohnzimmer steht nur eine kleine Eckcouch für höchstens 5 Personen Platz haben. Die anderen 7 Personen müssen auf den Esstischstühlen hocken. Alles in allem ist die Villa nicht zur Unterbringung von 12 Personen geeignet und das Haus wird dreckig an die Gäste übergeben. Zum Glück haben wir nur 2 Nächte gebucht. Sehr traurig,unter Kundenservice verstehe ich was ganz anderes

Tv werkte niet. Op de eerste dag is hierbij aangegeven nadat de beheerder er naar had gekeken, dat het niet anders was. Nadat ik melding bij Belvilla heb gedaan is hij nog 4 uur bezig geweest in de woning maar daarna was het nog niet werkend. Compensatie €25,77. Het was die dagen zeer slecht weer. Gevoelstemperatuur -5 graden. Er was verder niet veel te doen. Argumentatie belvilla u had wel gebruik kunnen maken van de keuken en het buitenterras en balkon of buitenzwembad. Voor mij nooi meer Belvilla
