the location of the cottage on the water

I would first like to emphasize the location of the campsite. The site is a great size and offers play opportunities for children. There are also animals such as chickens, horses and rabbits. The entire site, including the bungalows, showers, etc., looks very dated and a little modernization would certainly do it good. In our opinion, a little love is missing here. The bungalows are equipped with a fridge, hotplate, crockery and bunk beds. This is absolutely sufficient. However, some of the bungalows seemed unstable and in need of repair. The wood on the floor was already splintering, definitely a source of danger, especially with children. The cleanliness is definitely in need of improvement, there was paper under the bed and hair from the previous guest. Dust was not wiped here for a long time. There was no soap, disinfectant or paper towels in the toilets. The floor was also always very dirty, I would definitely recommend slippers. The hot shower costs €1 and unfortunately only lasted 3 minutes, not enough for washing your hair and showering. There is a large greenhouse at the reception, which would certainly be great for camp society gatherings in the evening. All in all, it's a nice facility that needs some fine-tuning. Dear camp managers, you can still get so much out of this place.

Příjemný, klidný a velmi čistý kemp uprostřed italského venkova pečlivě vedený holandskými majiteli. K dispozici bazén, bar, restaurace, sprchy s teplou vodou, vodovodní a elektrické přípojky na místech pro stan/karavan, WiFi free u recepce, možnost platby kartou (atd.). V dojezdové vzdálenosti např. od Urbina, San Marina i mořských pláží Jadranu). Pokud vaříte z vlastních zásob, je dobré si nakoupit předem jinde, na recepci k dispozici jen zcela základní sortiment (čerstvé pečivo si lze objednat den předem do 18,00). Vzhledem k poloze v přírodě logicky počítejte s přiměřeným (normálním) výskytem hmyzu. Pobyt doporučuji! update 07/2022: Využili jsme znovu k tranzitnímu přenocování 2x v červenci 2022 při cestě na jih Itálie a zpět a opět velká spokojenost, zejména na začátku července, kdy byl kemp téměř prázdný. Opravdu příjemné místo, stále doporučuji!

A nice family vacation where the accommodation was even nicer than expected! Especially the bed box and rain shower was well liked! Lovely weather and something for everyone! Very friendly all. Found the maintenance at the park also very neat! After the big downpour the next day everything was immediately made clean again! Top!!! We enjoyed!!!

Everything! Beautiful apartment in a top location. Close to the sea, stores, restaurants, etc. More than top!

A beautiful park for families with small children

Beautiful campground. Stayed here for 2 weeks. Been extreme heat one week, so a little shade around our tent would have been nice. The sites are very spacious. Ideal morning bread pickup. Friendly staff. I do think they do a lot of work, so they are actually short of people. Plumbing is fine, but may be cleaned more often. For the whole campsite is actually 1 sanitary building, so here is full use. From this location you are within an hour at mont St Michel, st malo, dinan, dinard, Rennes etc. Furthermore we missed a nice route where you can walk at night.
