Odlične hiške ma odlični lokaciji.

We stayed at Wikkelhouse at Kon Emmaweg 6 in Vrouwenpolder. We had a nice wooden cottage, but unfortunately only one air conditioner functioned as heating, so we could only warm the house moderately at 4 degrees outside temperature. Unfortunately, the WLAN didn't work either.

Very relaxed park. Lots of privacy in and around the cottage. Cottage and also jacuzi very hygienically clean!

We decided to visit the campsite in December. We are a family of 6 with a dog and rented a mobilehome for 9 days. The site is clean and well maintained and everyone is very friendly. We can say that we were also satisfied with the mobile home. I was afraid that we might be cold but the heating was very good. The surroundings are beautiful, the sea is beautiful and we were able to take very pleasant walks. The area is rather quiet in December and there is hardly anything open. But it didn't bother us because we already suspected it. We can only recommend the place. Lg

Pitch is very large and well maintained. The connections are good thanks to the free SauerlandCard. What didn't work at all were the extremely limited WCs for both sexes (only 4 for ladies, 2 cubicles for men plus 2 stand-up WCs) Sometimes the men in particular had to queue up to the sinks to go to the loo... What will that look like when the weather is nice and the place is full? What's more, the facilities are closed for 2 hours at lunchtime. Anyone who "has to" go urgently is out of luck and has to wait... An absurdity... The place itself is quite nice, but for these reasons it is out for us.

Great location and very courteous staff. Great place, sanitary facilities clean, but not nice. Directly on the beach, not far from the town with restaurants and supermarket (both are also available in small form at the campsite). From the campsite you can cycle directly along the cycle path by the sea into the nature reserve with lots of birds on the Ebro.

Great place. Beautiful lodges. Dog friendly. Management acting when rules are not respected, all praise.

We booked here because the park is fireworks free and our dog is heartily afraid of loud bangs. Unfortunately, right next to the park there is a huge amount of fireworks being set off so the dog is still upset. The cottage was quite new and clean, but there were tears in the bedding, the heating was off for several hours and we woke up to the noise of mice in the walls.

Clean sanitary building, nice staff.

Cottage was very poorly cleaned made oa: rice in cutlery drawer, bathroom dirty / black edges, towels from previous guests in bathroom drawer, trash in cabinets and on the ground, glasses, plates and cutlery was not complete and food was still in the pans of the previous occupants. After reporting to reception they were a bit laconic about the pans, the rest of the glasses, plates and cutlery was given to us. Also someone was immediately sent to clean the house again. When the cleaning lady first cleaned the toilet and then started wiping the microwave and the kitchen with the same cleaning cloth we sent her away. We then filed a written complaint with the park's customer service department, and with a request for an apology from the desk clerk who did not take us seriously with our complaint, and a refund of the cleaning fee we had paid, for something that had not happened. We were then told that they were sorry for what had happened , and that they did take it seriously but that they had sent someone to clean the cottage anyway, and that they therefore did not refund the cleaning fee. I responded to the email they sent with that I didn't think it was right that I didn't get the cleaning fee refunded, and if they could give me the email address of the main office so I could file a.complaint there. I then received a reply to my email that they were going to refund the cleaning fee anyway and the email address where I could send my complaint if I still felt it necessary. I find it very unfortunate that they first try to blow you off, and then when you indicate that you are moving forward with it that it can suddenly be resolved!
