Unfortunately we could not sleep anything more than 2 of the 5 nights we stayed there, because there is no security guard or security service that is responsible for ensuring that the rules regarding the norcturnal silence are met, they lack staff in this regard and it is crucial when you're on vacation to let you rest. For this reason I do not recommend it, although the staff they do have in the restaurant, pool and reception are wonderful and the food is very tasty. A pity. If we go again it will be just to eat.

Ik kom hier al jaren met de famille en blijft nog altijd een mooie schone camping waar je tot rust komt, zowel overdekt als openlucht zwembad aanwezig en zelfs een kleine dieren verblijf bij de ingang wat het altijd goed doet met de kids. Er is ook een winkeltje en restaurant.

We spent 14 days in a very nice new mobile home, the site is very large, but is somewhat loosened up by the large open meadow areas. Everything is very clean and well-kept, everyone gets their money's worth here, ideal for families with children. However, our children are already grown up and we were there with our two dogs. Unfortunately, Umag is no different to many other campsites in that dog owners and their dogs are kept at the last corner of the campsite. We are well aware that the beaches in Croatia are rocky, but it was possible to clean up the rest of the beach for non-dog owners so that they could walk into the water, even a ramp would have been enough, we then looked for a more suitable beach outside, the number of 2 dog showers, none of them on the dog beach, is then also a bit sparse. Our evening highlight on the dog beach was Charlie's Bar, nice service, great cocktails, great music and a clear view of the sunset.

Arrived on September 19. Received good explanations. Showers work with card, as well as washer and dryer. It is unfortunate that there is an extra charge for garbage disposal. This puts the campground in a fairly high price range. We did have 2 quiet nights.

We had a beautiful spot against the edge of the forest where you can walk right in through a gate. I don't like all the spots because the fields there are too big. The new sanitary building lacks the look of the huttopia concept.

We had a fantastic stay in the cabin. Super tastefully decorated, lovely beds, everything taken care of to perfection. The wellness island and swimming pond are a super addition for a top weekend. The bikes give you wonderful freedom to quietly cycle along the dike, quickly ride up and down to town. Mega practical! The owner is very often (discreetly) present to answer all your questions or share great tips. A very warm person who makes you feel even more at home. We came home with a lot of new memories and fully recharged for another working week. Thank you so much!

I checked in online hoping the process would be faster, but there were a lot of people on site. I had to pull a maintenance slip and wait for my turn. The whole process took about 15 minutes until I got the key to the mobile home, but everything went well. The mobile home was clean, in good condition and equipped with everything we needed. Special praise goes to the barbecue, which was completely clean - big compliments to the cleaning staff! I needed assistance as the hot water was not working. I reported the problem online and within 30 minutes a technician arrived who solved the problem quickly and efficiently. Excellent service! The campsite is large and lively and has a free little train that runs throughout the site and serves as transportation. The swimming pools are very nice, especially noteworthy are the rubberized edges and bottoms that prevent major accidents - very well done. The campsite offers many activities, such as climbing courses, mini golf and a games room, so there is entertainment for the whole family. The children's entertainers deserve special recognition - they are very attentive and affectionate with the children. Many thanks to the entertainment team! Negative points: - The restaurants are disappointing, both in service and food. The service seems inexperienced. I prefer to go to San Vincenzo where the food is better, cheaper and the service is worth it. - The music on the campsite is very loud and sometimes exceeds 11pm, which can be annoying, especially for families with small children. Overall, I think the campsite is one of the best places to enjoy a family vacation.
