Comfortable bungalow, surrounded by greenery, very well kept campsite. New mattresses but too firm for my bad back, a small paella and a big pan were missing, and there was no parking space next to the bungalow.

Good space with lots on offer for the children. The entertainment team is really great. However, the accommodation is in poor condition. You could be forgiven for thinking that they are not regularly inspected or maintained. Kitchen equipment also not complete.

We had a cabin with a hot tub. The cabin itself is very new and the facilities are new and nice. The cabin is located in a small lump with 3 others. Very isolated and cozy. Many of the other cabins are more open - it didn't look quite as cozy. Our cabin was a bit sparsely furnished. No shelves or furniture to put things away and no pictures or anything else. There was a fridge and an electric kettle. We were happy to have packed some basics such as plates, paper towels, wine, etc. Our cabin was a "hotel cabin" so we had breakfast included - it was a plate with a little of everything - not much but we were full. You eat in the reception cabin. I think it was worth a visit.

Beautiful park with lots of walking possibility

We have just recovered from 3 nights in a bungalow at Bella Italia. What a terrible experience! The check-in was fine in itself but when we arrived at the bungalow we found the front door open, as were the windows, so the whole bungalow was full of mosquitoes. The beds; hard, the pillows; floppy. The whole cottage, to the eye, has not seen any maintenance since the 80s. The last day we went to sit by the lake for a while. When we returned we were accosted by a neighbor who told us that an employee of the campground had been in our bungalow while we were away. She found this strange so she went to have a look and took pictures of the situation and the employee who was alarmed by this and hurried off, calling through a walkie-talkie, presumably he was not acting alone! She still saw that he was looking into a handbag belonging to my wife. Of course I went to the reception with this story and the pictures. The only response they gave there was that they were going to take measures against the employee because it was indeed not the intention that he entered a bungalow uninvited. Furthermore, no apology or satisfaction, a very poor response for a campground that would like to give the impression that safety is of paramount importance. For us never again Camping Bella Italia!

In summary: camping is past glory and disappointing. I would advise against going in mid or low season, especially at the end of season. I called in advance where I was told there was entertainment and everything was open (except pool). When we arrived this turned out not to be the case. There is nothing to do anymore. There is an indoor playground and snack bar but that is rented so you still nieg inside may. Also, the petting zoo was closed unannounced and animals gone because someone went on vacation ... Camping is divided by a busy road, you can go under it but no lighting in the tunnel. On this side is the indoor playground and entertainment but also a nude campsite (without fencing). Campground has grown but facilities are far behind. Outdoor lighting does not work in many places, showers dirty (after 5 days still the same patch on the floor), poorly cleaned, doors rotten, dishwasher missing parts and several times a cold shower while it is quiet. New showers had been installed but they too were dirty and fan was never cleaned. Half of the campground is a camp where people live and huge mess. All day driving bulldozers around but not for maintenance for the part of caming guests. Quarter past 8 drilling is started. A week after a storm there are still full of broken branches, wood and junk. Meanwhile, a bus arrives with a German class for camp. As you expect: nuisance. That's not what you pay for as a camping guest!!! There is a children's bathroom though which is very nice and when the tractor drives very nice. Indoor playground is fun when open. For us In high season it will probably all be better organized but for us in mid/post season this campsite was a big disappointment and we had a very different expectation.

We came unexpectedly for a pitch for my camper at 6.30pm on a Saturday evening. They kindly offered us a quiet spot for our baby and I'd like to thank you for that. The spot was perfect and quiet despite a concert at 9pm. The only downside for me was the pizzeria. 1h15 to be served. I wasn't told when I ordered that there was a 1h15 wait and 16 euros for a pizza... expensive and very long. I'm sorry, but when this is the case, the customer should be informed of the waiting time. Incidentally, the pizza was very lightly topped. Thank you for your welcome.

Przebywałem tutaj w mobil hausie z eurocampu we wrześniu. Domki są nowe, wyposażenie ponad standardowe nawet zmywarka obecna i tv smart. Jednak czystość nie jest zaletą tego eurokampu... No i chałas 😬 od autostrady 24h obecny... Nie polecam... 🤨Co najwyżej 1 lub 2 dni jako baza wypadowa do Florencji

Great clean campsite... great for children...

The site is an ideal starting point for visiting Cadaqués - it is less than a 10-minute walk to the town, which is well worth a visit. The pitches on the upper terrace offer a beautiful view of the sea. The sanitary facilities are fine. We can recommend the restaurant.

Great campsite! Warm and easy check-in, beautiful location (right next to the verdon) and super helpful staff! couldn’t have asked for more. We’ll be back

We spent one night in a camper van. Very quiet location, beautiful pool, very welcoming, very nice owners. Address to remember
