Summary created out of 138 reviews

Camping Punta Milà is beautifully situated in a shady pine forest, a 15-minute walk from the bay of Cala Montgó. Guests praise the friendly and helpful staff, the well-maintained appearance, and the clean sanitary facilities that are cleaned several times a day. The atmosphere is calm and relaxed, with many returning guests. The swimming pool offers a refreshing dip, although it can feel small during high season and more sun loungers would be welcome. Downsides include the presence of ants due to the forest location, limited facilities in the restaurant and bread service, and occasional noise disturbances in the evenings.

For the price, it's pretty far from the beach. It's in a pine forest where the heat is unbearable.
Bad location. Small pool for people who stay there instead of going to the beach.

We’ve been coming to Punta Mila Campground for six years in a row now, and we’ve always had a wonderful time. That’s exactly why we find it especially disappointing to notice that the campground has clearly changed for us since We Camp took it over this year.

Whereas we used to always feel like we were “coming home,” we’re sadly missing that feeling this year. The entertainment is minimal, and we’re also disappointed with the bar/restaurant. The food was very disappointing, and we found the atmosphere and service from the staff to be less enthusiastic and hospitable than we were used to.

We already noticed this during our stay in June as well. Unfortunately, the welcome from the new manager didn’t feel warm or friendly to us. This was precisely something we always appreciated so much under the previous manager. We were always greeted in such a warm and welcoming way, which made Punta Mila truly feel like a second home to us.

In addition, upon our arrival this year, there was some confusion regarding agreements we’d made last year with the previous manager when booking for this season. Friends of ours have been staying with us on the site in a small tent for years. This had never been a problem all those years and was also part of the arrangements we had made. Upon arrival, however, this was suddenly made into an issue. It was even suggested that the previous manager shouldn’t have made these agreements with us at all, because this would not be possible under the current rules.

We understand, of course, that rules and agreements can change following a takeover. What we find particularly unfortunate is that agreements previously made with us no longer seem to apply upon arrival. That leaves a bad taste in our mouths, especially when you’ve been a regular guest for 6 years and have always come to the campground with great confidence.

We returned again in August, and we’ve actually heard similar concerns from several regular guests. Many people feel that the campground no longer has the atmosphere and warmth it used to have. We genuinely find that a great shame, precisely because we’ve been coming here for so many years and have always enjoyed it so much.

We used to always say, “Why would we go anywhere else? It feels like coming home here.” We’ve happily returned every year and were actually afraid that another campground would only be a disappointment. Unfortunately, we’re now finding that we’re starting to doubt whether we’ll come back at all.

We therefore hope that this feedback is taken seriously. Punta Mila has held a special place in our hearts for years, and we would be incredibly sad to see that lost. We hope the campground can once again become the warm, cozy, and welcoming place we’ve loved visiting for the past six years.

A beautiful location, but what a shame about the change in ownership!
A campground called “We Camp” that doesn’t allow tents...
My advice: more space on the patio... where, incidentally, there’s only one uncomfortable picnic table in a tiny space.
Rethink the “living area” in the tent… a sofa facing a tent flap that can’t be opened, even though it’s nearly 40 in the tent…Oh yeah, there’s air conditioning 🤭 Result: lots of people end up taking the (heavy) sofa outside because, after all, camping is all about the joy of being outdoors
Who came up with the idea of a tent with a huge fridge (very handy), a microwave, a Nespresso machine… but nothing for cooking: no stovetops, no utensils...
Our tent, like many others, was in the sun from sunrise to sunset...
Okay, camping is all about being close to nature, but this is taking it to the extreme.
Should they leave more space—and not just for cars? Because the tents are lined up one after another, very close together and facing each other.
The place is still magical with its pine trees, just 800 meters from the beach, and with lovely staff.
    Too bad :)

    Dommage :)

    A fantastic stay 🌲🏕️
We had a wonderful time at this campground and highly recommend it! 😊
All the services offered are top-notch: an on-site restaurant, a small grocery store with essentials, a laundry facility, a pool, and a small play area for kids. The campground is very quiet, pleasant, and perfectly situated under the pine trees. Our neighbors were very respectful of the rules regarding quiet and consideration. The restrooms and common areas are clean, and the staff is truly helpful, welcoming, and always available.
The location is also ideal, close to the beach, with plenty of options for outings and activities, both sports-related and cultural. There really is something for everyone!
The only small improvement we could suggest would be to design the men’s showers to match the women’s, as well as to introduce reusable wristbands to reduce waste and reinforce the campground’s environmental commitment.

We’ll be back with great pleasure! ❤️

We highly recommend this campground to anyone looking for peace and quiet, a serene atmosphere, a natural setting, and an ideal base for exploring the surrounding area. 🌿🏖️
