Nice campground.
However, we made an effort to arrive at 6:45 p.m. so we’d be on time for the key handoff before 7:00 p.m. Upon arrival, there was an envelope with our name on it. That wasn’t very reassuring. Then, there was no information about the property inspection or the procedures to follow...
There were no sheets in the … room....
Luckily, we met someone who took care of it at 9:00 p.m.; otherwise, we would have had to sleep directly on the mattresses.
As for the restaurant: not bad at all, but many items weren’t available.
On the last day, we asked for a serving of fries for our child at 9:15 p.m., and the manager told us it wasn’t possible because it was too late for the kitchen.
What a surprise to see that same person arrive with dishes for her friends and a bowl full of fries that she offered to a table right next to us. We were truly disappointed and upset.
Then we provided a credit card with a 500€ limit as a deposit. We were assured that the amount would never be charged. Five minutes later, the amount was debited from the account....
As soon as we arrived, we noticed that a slat was missing from the bed frame. No one replaced it....
That’s a lot to deal with for the last three days of our vacation.this is a translation, click here for the original
Camping sympa.

Hello.
A campground with great potential. The water park is a plus. However, why make the water in the showers so hot when we’d much rather have something a little cooler at 37°C? The restrooms don’t smell clean, even right after they’ve been cleaned (lack of oversight). The swarm of flies—no doubt due to waste management and the apples—is … quite unbearable. Finding a dozen flies on barely cooked sausages isn’t pleasant. We had just one thunderstorm in 15 days—which was fortunate, since we had to clean everything up the next day. We ended up with a big puddle of water in the awning. I think there are more people just passing through—some who don’t necessarily respect the place and act like they’re the only ones there. We probably ended up on one of those sites because the back of the campground seems quieter. Tried it, but it wasn’t for us...this is a translation, click here for the original
Bonjour.

Very nice setting. However, the campground doesn’t deserve those 4 stars. Only one restroom building, which was fairly clean (despite the smell in the men’s room). The campsites are a good size. On the other hand, the pool area is heavily guarded (and a €100 deposit for one night just for wristbands??). Noise, noise, noise—late into the night and … starting very early in the morning. Teenagers climb onto the sinks in their shoes, spit on each other… and when a campground employee sees them, he barely says anything to them (he didn’t speak English…).
Also, upon arrival, we were told we could stop by the front desk for information until 7:00 p.m. We arrived at 6:45 p.m., and the door was locked...
And above all, very, very expensive (+55€ per night... really)!this is a translation, click here for the original
