    Cancellation Policy


    • Cancellation up to 8 days before the vacation start date: A voucher worth 30% of the reservation amount, valid for a vacation until June 30 of the following season, at all Seasonova campsites, will be issued by the campsite. Any other amount paid by the customer will be refunded within a maximum of 3 months.

    • Cancellation from 7 days (inclusive) before the vacation start date: The customer must provide proof of cancellation. The campsite will issue a voucher for the total reservation amount, valid for a vacation until June 30 of the following season, at all Seasonova campsites.

  • Payment information

    A 30% deposit is due at the time of booking. The remaining 70% balance must be paid in full at least 30 days before the start of your stay.

    A wonderful short stay!
    We had a fantastic two days (one night) at this campground.
    The hospitality is truly impeccable: the staff is incredibly kind, attentive, and very considerate from start to finish.
    As for accommodations, the mobile home was honestly great—well-equipped and very comfortable—and so was the campsite. The pool is a bit small, but that didn’t stop our five teens and kids (and the adults!) from having fun and enjoying it to the fullest.
    A big thank you to the whole team—Kevin, Manon, Fanny and her husband, as well as the rest of the team, for this wonderful time. We’re leaving delighted, and we’ll definitely be back for a slightly longer stay—and, most importantly, to get our revenge on the blind taste test🤣

    Un excellent court séjour !
    Nous avons passé deux jours (une nuit) au top dans ce camping.
    L'accueil est vraiment irréprochable : le personnel est d'une grande gentillesse, aux petits soins et très attentionné du début à la fin.
    Côté hébergement, le mobil-home était franchement super, bien équipé et très agréable ainsi que le bivouac . La piscine est un peu petite, mais cela n'a absolument pas empêché nos cinq ados/enfants (et les adultes !) de s'y amuser et d'en profiter à fond.
    Un grand merci à toute l'équipe Kevin, Manon, Fanny et son mari ainsi que le reste de l'équipe pour ce super moment, nous repartons ravi·es et nous reviendrons sans hésiter pour un séjour un peu plus long et surtout prendre notre revanche au blind test🤣

    We spent one night here on our way back to Germany, and it was the best evening of our 3-week vacation, thanks to the truly friendly staff! Best regards to Fanny, Kevin, and the rest of the team 😃
    They took over the place a few years ago and are gradually making improvements.
    Once you figure out that you can simply drive in using a QR code even when the front desk is unstaffed, everything is great.
    The pool is a bit small, but it’s something.
    The restrooms could be a little cleaner, but they’re perfectly adequate.
    The snack bar is great, and everything tastes good.
    The campground is ideally located for a trip into the city center.

    We’d definitely come back!

    Sie haben den Platz vor ein paar Jahren übernommen und machen Stück für Stück was daran.
    Wenn man rausgefunden hat, dass man mit einem QR Code einfach rein fahren kann ohne, dass die Rezeption besetzt ist, ist alles super.
    Der Pool ist etwas klein, aber immerhin.
    Die Sanitäranlagen könnten etwas sauberer sein, aber absolut ausreichend.
    Der Imbiss ist super und alles schmeckt.
    Für einen Ausflug in die Innenstadt ist der Campingplatz ideal gelegen.

    Wir würden wieder kommen!
