Summary created out of 117 reviews

The park is appreciated for its friendly and helpful staff, warm welcome, and peaceful atmosphere. Guests praise the animations and the varied food trucks that visit daily. The location in the Narbonnaise is ideal as a base for beach visits and trips to surrounding towns. The main drawback is the lack of a dedicated swimming pool; access to the municipal pool is arranged but opening hours and unexpected closures (maintenance, staff shortages) lead to disappointment. Guests also miss facilities such as a bar, snack bar, and more elaborate animations.

Campground to avoid at all costs—they lied during the rental process, no activities for kids, constant noise starting at 10 p.m., a manager who screams like a madwoman to tell you something instead of saying it calmly, she adds things to the inventory report just to pocket the security deposit check. Basically, before she arrived, it was a lively campground, and now it’s turned into a crappy one—you really need to avoid it.

I am leaving a review based on the potential to be brilliant that the Ensoya campsite will have once the refurbishments have been completed. I stayed here in June, it felt very quiet, not many customers and some facilities were closed because of refurbishment, but the facilities that were open were excellent (see photos), and all the people I met were very helpful. The new tents and lodges look impressive - I may come back some time to try. Thanks to Hubert for helping me with the fridge. It is a huge site and when it is full of people again it will be really fabulous.
