  Change of stay Unless otherwise specified in the Special Conditions of each campsite, the following provisions apply in the event of a change to your stay. You may submit a request to change the dates and/or type of accommodation for your stay at our campsite, provided your request is received by us by email at least 21 days before the original arrival date. You must then book a new stay at our campsite in the same season as the original booking, subject to availability and applicable rates. Your original stay can only be changed once. If you are unable to take up the replacement stay, this will be considered a cancellation and the amounts paid will not be refunded. If the cost of the replacement stay is higher than that of the original stay, you must pay the difference. If you do not do so, the replacement stay will be considered as cancelled and our cancellation conditions below will apply. If the cost of the replacement holiday is less than that of the original, we will retain the difference as compensation for the loss incurred as a result of the change.

  Cancellation of the stay Unless otherwise specified in the Special Conditions of each campsite, the following provisions apply in the event of cancellation.

  Cancellation by you Any cancellation must be communicated to us in writing via a valid medium (by email, registered post with acknowledgment of receipt, etc.) ● If your email or registered letter is received more than 30 days before arrival, the deposit, the paid booking fees, and, if applicable, the paid amounts for cancellation insurance will be retained by the campsite. ● If your letter is received between the 30th and 15th day before your arrival, the deposit, the booking fees paid at the time of reservation, and, if applicable, the cancellation insurance paid at the time of reservation will be retained by the campsite; the remaining amount for your stay will be credited towards your next stay at the campsite, which must be booked within one year of your original stay. If you booked your stay less than 30 days before the arrival date and your cancellation letter is submitted 15 days or more before this date, the amounts corresponding to the deposit, the booking fees, and any cancellation insurance contribution as referred to in article 2 of these General Terms and Conditions, will be retained by the campsite; for the remaining amount, a voucher will be issued that can be used for a future stay at the campsite, which must be booked in the same season as the cancelled stay or in the following season. ● If your letter is submitted less than 15 days before the arrival date, all amounts already paid to the campsite will be retained by the campsite. To obtain possible compensation, we recommend that you take out cancellation or interruption insurance when booking.

  Notwithstanding the above, ● if your cancellation is due to you residing in an area where, on your planned arrival date, a restriction is in place that prohibits residents from traveling in order to prevent the spread of COVID-19, the amount of the paid deposit, booking fees, and, if applicable, the amounts paid for cancellation insurance will be retained by the campsite; the remainder will be credited towards your next stay at the campsite, which must be booked within one year of your original stay. This also applies if your cancellation letter is sent to us less than 15 days before the start of your stay; ● if your cancellation is due to force majeure, meaning an unforeseeable, unavoidable, and external event (beyond your control), all amounts paid by you will be reimbursed.

  Cancellation by the campsite If we are forced to cancel a reservation previously confirmed to you, we will inform you as soon as possible by email; the amounts paid will be fully reimbursed within a period specified in the Special Conditions for each campsite.

  Cancellation insurance Our prices do not include travel insurance. This is optional and may be offered in the Special Conditions.

• Payment information

  All reservation requests must be accompanied by:

  the payment of a deposit of 30% of the total cost of the stay, together with the cost of the services reserved, including VAT and, if applicable, also including tourist tax. However, the campsite may apply a different amount, which will be indicated in the Special Conditions, the payment of booking fees, the amount of which is specified in the Special Conditions for each campsite, cancellation insurance, if taken out. The reservation is only binding upon receipt by you of the written confirmation by e-mail, which summarizes all the information regarding your stay.

  The amount of the stay, together with the cost of the services booked, including VAT, and if applicable, the tourist tax, must be paid no later than 30 days before the start of the stay. If the balance is not paid by the aforementioned deadline, the stay will be considered cancelled and our cancellation policy as described below will apply.

  All reservations made less than 30 days prior to the arrival date must be paid in full at the time of booking, unless more favorable terms may be mentioned.
