    Prettige camping. Wij zaten in een autovrij gedeelte, maar daar is echt niks te beleven. Alle speeltuintjes en activiteiten bevinden zich vlak bij de receptie, dus met kleintjes is een bolderkar wel aan te raden. Buggy minder handig want de looppaden zijn slecht. Huisjes staan wel heel dicht op elkaar en er zijn helaas altijd mensen die het lastig vinden om rekening te houden met anderen. 1 keer 's avonds een ijskoude douche gehad met klein kind omdat het gas op was, maar dit werd razendsnel verholpen na een telefoontje naar de receptie, complimenten! Kamers zijn krap, met 4 pers in een 6 persoonshuisje maar alsnog echt wel proppen. Helaas hadden we slecht weer dus dan zit je veel binnen op elkaars lip. Bedden/matrassen zijn matig, beddengoed (losse lakens) echt irritant. Keuken inventaris is echt heel beperkt al noemt de website het uitgebreid. (Stay Smart XL huisje) Niet eens een schaar bijv in de keuken te vinden. Complimenten wel voor de raambekleding, fijne verduistering met horren voor de ramen! Binnenzwembad was echt te koud voor kleine kinderen! Zou verwarmd zijn?? Horeca was goed maar wel prijzig. Personeel allemaal vriendelijk, niks op aan te merken. Al met al hebben we ons best aardig vermaakt ondanks het slechte weer.

    We had an amazing time in july , can't fault hu at all , place was spotless , well maintained , the only thing that would be a bonus was if there was a bus that went to the local town larochette .

    Erg hoog centerparcs gehalte voor mensen die de hele dag vermaakt moeten worden. (Zwembad sluit om 19u, zodat iedereen vrijgemaakt wordt voor avond programma's en de horeca) Camping is duidelijk niet meer de core business, wat je terug ziet in douches zonder waterdruk en meeste tijd alleen koud water (terwijl de wastafels wel waterdruk en warm water hebben), verlichting heeft maximale energiebesparing (1 van de 10 fittingen heeft überhaupt een lamp), winkel is prijzig. Kampeerplaatsen zelf zijn voldoende groot en netjes met een haag afgescheiden.

    Teleurstellende ervaring in HU Stay Premium XL Ons verblijf in de HU Stay Premium XL accommodatie op camping HU Birkelt voldeed niet aan de verwachtingen. De kamers waren zeer klein en boden onvoldoende comfort voor een gezin. Diverse voorzieningen functioneerden niet naar behoren: het koffiezetapparaat was defect, de combimagnetron werkte slecht en de douche was problematisch – de thermostaatkraan was geplaatst op kindhoogte en liet zich slecht regelen, wat resulteerde in gevaarlijk heet of ijskoud water. Dit is niet geschikt voor gezinnen met jonge kinderen. Daarnaast waren bij aankomst de veranda en trap beschadigd en moesten deze eerst worden hersteld, wat voor ongemak zorgde. Hoewel de service van het parkpersoneel correct en behulpzaam was, doet dit niet af aan het feit dat de accommodatie niet voldoet aan wat men mag verwachten van een 'Premium' verblijf.

    Velholdt, flot og hyggelig campingplads. Hurtig og god service i receptionen. God lille købmand med det nødvendige. Take away smagte godt og hende der stod ved kassen var super flink. Ikke mulighed for parkering ved mobile home. Mobile home var ganske udmærket. Aircondition virker perfekt også med 35 grader udenfor. Lidt slid her og der, men det gjorde ikke noget for oplevelsen. Sengene en smule hårde, men det er en smagssag. Dejlig stor terrasse, hvor noget var overdækket. Der var to brusebade men man kunne kun have et brusebad i gang adgangen, for ellers skiftede vandet fra meget varmt eller meget koldt. Gode og legepladser for børnene. Dejlig pool med flere dybder, og overdækket pool, hvor der var varmere vand. Godt især for de mindre børn. Der var lidt langt til pool, købmand og de andre aktiviteter. Når man gik forbi personalet kunne de godt være lidt reserverede, men smilede når man sagde hej.
