Summary created out of 214 reviews
The park enjoys a beautiful location directly opposite the Hoge Veluwe National Park, highly appreciated by guests for hiking and cycling. The grounds are green and well-maintained with several playgrounds, indoor and outdoor pools, a restaurant, and bike rental. However, many guests report serious shortcomings in cleanliness: cobwebs, dust, dirty bathrooms, mould, and sometimes even pests. Additionally, numerous visitors complain about constant traffic noise from the nearby motorway and N311, which disrupts the peace and nature experience. Staff receive mixed reviews—some friendly and helpful, others disinterested or hard to reach.

They just wanted to grab a bite to eat at the restaurant. But they left again. The atmosphere wasn't very welcoming.

We are extremely disappointed with our stay at EuroParcs.
We saw mice in the vacation home and found mouse droppings in numerous places—including behind the trash can, behind our luggage, in the kitchen cabinets, in the closet, and even under our children’s bed. After we had cleaned everything, we found fresh mouse droppings again that very same morning. This is a significant hygiene issue, especially when small children are playing on the floor.
We reported the problem immediately. We were told that the maintenance crew would come. In total, however, we waited about six hours. During that time, we had to spend our entire vacation day in the vacation home and couldn’t go out to do anything. Out of concern for our personal belongings and valuables, we didn’t want to leave the house unattended.
After checking in with the front desk several times, still no one had shown up. On the third visit, we were even told that our case was “not that important” to the service department. This statement and the unfriendly attitude of the receptionist were absolutely unacceptable to us.
It wasn’t until we demanded a price reduction or compensation that we were offered another vacation home. By that point, however, we had already stripped all the beds, packed our things, and wasted the entire day. After this experience, we had lost all trust and left early without any compensation.
A mouse infestation is frustrating for everyone involved. What matters, however, is how it’s handled. In our case, we were kept waiting for hours, weren’t taken seriously, and were ultimately left without a solution or compensation. This in no way reflects the level of service we expected from EuroParcs.this is a translation, click here for the original

The bungalows were of the "train station" variety, which meant we had to switch rooms. The new upgrade was actually a bit better, but nowhere near what you’d expect for the price. The resort is nice, but the pool is pretty dirty (green algae on the edge of the pool), and everyone walks in with their street shoes on because there’s no one there to keep an eye on it. There’s only a lifeguard for the outdoor pool.
