The staff are very friendly, the site is not too big and is idyllically situated close to the city on the River Ill. Everything was clean and well maintained. I stayed in the van, so I used all the sanitary facilities.

We stayed 2 nights and LOVED it. The cabin was small but cozy and with just what we needed. Everything was very new and in good condition. Next to the beach and with a pool. We also tried the restaurant service for breakfast and found it very good and at a good price. If I had to put a downside, it would be the service offered by the receptionist Ana, which was not very nice even becoming unfriendly until it was time to go and wanted us to put a positive review. Otherwise all the staff was very friendly. We will definitely repeat!

Camping: We arrived quite late, the reception was already closed. But through intercom we were allowed to pick our own place. We stood in the middle of a forest with the tents. Free showers, everything clean and tidy. Even outdoor charging spots for phones etc. super price/quality.

Bathhouse and pool left a good impression , but you have to be careful as not everything is specified in the conditions of accommodation , we had no water in the tap in the campsite , we asked them at reception to solve this issue , to which they said they would come to see , but no one came , we did not wash the dishes , as the problem was not solved , they did not ask us to take out the trash , as it is not specified anywhere . But also for each set of linen 20€ with the wrong size bedding , to which they said they had no other options and that was all for one night , in the evening no one kept to the evening time , it was noisy . And in the end for 15 minutes of their time they took out the trash, removed the linen from 2 beds and washed the dishes which we could have washed ourselves, but because of the lack of water they did not do it. they sent me a bill for 70€ for cleaning. Be careful and ask about everything several times so you don't end up in debt!

Overall inadequate!!! + friendly staff + Location to the beach + bathroom/shower - Price/performance - Accommodation in general - Accommodation facilities - "Outdoor shower" We stayed at Villagio Arco for four nights. The booking went smoothly, the contact was very friendly and the arrival and departure went without any major problems. But now to the accommodation itself... On the evening of our arrival, we moved into our bungalow after a successful check-in. As soon as we entered, we could feel a high level of humidity and a musty smell. Yes, the building is located in a pine forest not far from the sea, where increased humidity can occur. However, this should not be an excuse. Regular ventilation is the order of the day here (even when unoccupied)! All the furniture had a musty smell, the table in the dining room was sticky and mold stains were also unprofessionally painted over! All in all inadequate! The condition of the inventory also left a lot to be desired... The kitchen utensils had also already had their day. The extractor fan was greasy and sticky. The highlight was the espresso maker, in which the mold spores were already growing! Humidity or blaming the previous tenant doesn't count here! It was simply not cleaned or checked thoroughly! Also inadequate! The "outdoor shower" was also more bad than good! All the bungalows are in a sandy area. A few even had paved access, ours did not! To avoid taking all the sand into the accommodation before entering, you can theoretically clean your feet at the "outdoor shower" beforehand. However, this is so far away from the building that you have to walk through all the sand again when you go back! In hindsight, the price for the accommodation (low season) was completely exaggerated! Even though we more or less booked the "low budget" accommodation, hygiene and cleanliness should at least be the top priority in order to welcome more guests in the future! Another positive point to emphasize was the direct location to the sea! The beach was great and the staff there were also very friendly! The shower inside was also perfect! Water pressure and temperature top! It's a shame to have to give such a negative review! However, this mainly concerns the accommodation! As mentioned above, the contact itself was always friendly and courteous! A thumbs up for that! The rest, however, needs a lot of improvement! For your information: as I was reminded by the actual owner of Villagio Arco about my first review, I am posting it here, as Dune Agriturismo was listed as the head office in my email.

We stayed at the campsite in Baska. It was far too crowded for us at the end of August. And the town of Baska is great and attractive but unfortunately far too expensive.

Super campground. Super friendly owner and staff. With a delicious restaurant, do make reservations for the day dish. Beautiful spacious places. And delicious bread service (still warm when you get them). Highly recommended.

Beautiful place on the mountain, incl. nice café/restaurant. Pool very pleasant and quiet (early September). Sanitary clean, there are toilet seats (which is not always common in FR). Baguettes can be pre-ordered the day before. About 10 minutes by bike into town. Next store and bakery about 500m. Staff was nice and helpful.

A very nice place. Very well maintained services. Tidy and very spacious. The experience in the Restaurant regarding the food was very good, very good experience. The service in the Restaurant was not in relation to the quality and we cannot rate it positively. Dinner was a bit of a disaster, however breakfast was very well served. There is a lack of good restaurant service, but the quality and preparation of the food was very good. We slept in a glamping and it was very good, clean and well kept.
