Nice campsite, even the small spots are great. Nice people, very nice and very atent. Small but nice swimming pool, even in winter. Playground, ping pong, petanque, volleyball. All more than worth it for that money, just perf.

Unfortunately not what it used to be; caravan pitches are well maintained - however the sanitary facilities are downright filthy and we were very disappointed that the children's play facilities were limited. We had booked a comfort pitch near the playground so that our small children could easily access the play equipment, we had paid extra for this (25 euros). Upon arrival we found that the trampoline had been removed, the large playground equipment had been taken out of use due to overdue maintenance and the zip line had also been removed. Keeping in mind the type of camping, one expects these types of facilities to be kept up or upgraded before high season, not after.

October 11 lovely windless weather. Camping weather! Called if the Meibeek, Ruurlo was open and yes we were welcome. Slept great and woke up chirping by the birds. Beautiful walks. A place to come back to. Thanks Corné and Nicole of camping De Meibeek.

Zelfs aan het einde van het seizoen was de service fantastisch. En belangrijk; hoe wordt er gehandeld bij een ongelukkig toeval? Wij maakten mee dat de bliksem dichtbij insloeg. Aan slecht weer is niets te doen, maar super was dat binnen enkele minuten mensen aanwezig waren om problemen op te lossen. Complimenten! Graag weer tot de volgende keer!

We stayed at the campsite for 5 days and were in the third row of the Sunset premium Mare category. In the description of the campsite, this pitch was advertised as having a spectacular view. Unfortunately, our "spectacular view" was completely obstructed by an oversized Morelo standing in front of us in the row. Unfortunately, there was no other pitch available for us and we couldn't get a good price either. I find this disappointing considering the size of the campsite. So if you really want a sea view or a spectacular view, you really need to book the front row... otherwise you might end up like us. Otherwise a good campsite where there is a lot on offer for the children

A big thank you to the two campsite owners. Our starter battery in the motorhome was faulty. We had a lot of help (phone calls, translations) with the organization and we felt very comfortable. Nice little campsite. We would love to come back.

We got the mail of the charge and the entrance put at 16:00, when we were going to plot, it makes no sense, we called many times at different times and did not answer the phone, a quiet campsite, very dirty facilities, tiles and very dirty sores, spiders and dirty tiles, the shower button lasted 1 second. Cleanliness much to be desired The opening hours of the store is not fixed or the bar if there are no people eating is closed, the store is very expensive.

The park gets a 4/5 from me but with a few adjustments easily a 5/5. Nice clean park, cottage (we were in a Havenpoort cottage) of high quality, with a few observations that stood out especially because the cottage/location/service are of high quality: - the household equipment did not match the quality of the cottage, there was always chosen a cheap variation. - Several things were missing in the cottage such as a puller/glass pullers for the bathrooms, coat rack(s) and a grill for the oven. But what I missed above all was a closet or 2 in the living room for storing things. Hardly any storage space in the bedrooms either. - The kitchen did not have a logical layout, so you were basically walking back and forth all the time. - Outdoor furniture was almost all on one balcony instead of both balconies and outdoor seating area downstairs. On the first day when showering the water was cold and the water in the upstairs bathrooms did not drain. Service was very good when we pointed it out at the front desk. Apparently the water heater was not on and they quickly fixed the blockage. But it is clear that little to no attention went to it when preparing the cottage. All in all a really good park, but on a number of fronts still experienced that it was just not it, and that is really unnecessary. I hope they fix my points of attention / missing things.
