Hello, currently camping at the Semois from 06 to 09.07.2024. Very dissatisfied. On arrival, no sign indicating the campsite. Work everywhere, at the entrance, in the campsite, machinery, dirt, etc. Noise! Saturday and this Monday morning from 06h! Machines are rolling around the campsite, which is unbelievable for holidaymakers... No pizzas... Swimming pool closes at 7pm, early for July... No kakak when leaving the campsite... Where is the advertised calm?! Your website is a lie... The staff say sorry for that, sorry for that, the campsite isn't ready... You shouldn't have opened in that case! I demand a refund for the damage, not a credit note, a real refund. You have my credit card because you took the balance. I've never seen anything like it... Opening under such conditions in the middle of summer vacation... You are obliged to reimburse me. Considering the price of the nights, it's unbelievable. If I'd known there was work to be done, I wouldn't have booked this campsite. I wanted peace and quiet, but my vacation has been ruined. There's no need to tell me you're sorry, I'm the 1st and on the spot to see everything that's wrong. I look forward to hearing from you and receiving my full refund for this stay, and quickly.

I'm on site for 5 days of training, I sleep at the campsite and leave all day, so I don't benefit from any of the campsite's services. Admittedly, the sanitary facilities are clean and recent, but does that justify such a high price !!!! 30€ for a tent pitch with electricity!!! Along with many other people, I find this excessive.

Camping on the water 🤗 Pitch 1-12 with a view of the water was great 🤗 Staff super nice ..Sport Bar Top and mega clean (Wc 👌) Would love to come back

Very warm welcome, and super convenient access, we were able to park our motorcycle right next to our little cottage. After a day on the bike, it's heaven to go for a dip in the green Tarn! Everything is spotlessly clean, the electric mountain bikes for hire are brand new, and all the staff are smiling and friendly.

Liked: Beautiful open site, almost empty in the touring area, though theres a lodge area too with families staying. Bar cafe etc due to ooen day adter we left. Toilets and showers were very clean and well kept. Site was natural, lots of birdsong, flowers and nature. Disliked: Only water tap seemed to be at dishwashing area at the far site of the pitch -those in tents had a very long walk to fill a pan!

Liked: A very warm welcome, clean facilities and excellent food in the restaurant. A wonderful walk around the lake straight from the campsite. Our 3rd visit as a stopover traveling to and from the south and we’ll definitely be back Disliked: Nothing

Lovely campsite in woodland with ample sized plots. Good, clean amenities. Nice staff with a little shop selling basics. You order bread etc the day before.|There's a cafe comptoir/bar to order pizzas and snacks in the evening.|The entertainment during our stay was low key and great.|It's next to a lake which takes an hour to walk around.|All in all quiet and good

Booked a night using a Wonderbox box set (only facility that deigned to respond while adhering to the initiative, I take the opportunity to negatively review Wonderbox and facility management). The campground is in an area that is perhaps a bit inconvenient to reach, the only negative note. Upon our arrival, albeit in advance of check in time Mrs. Luisa welcomes us in an excellent manner and points us to the pool where we can spend time. We were notified shortly after that the room was ready. Room that actually, as we were told and was changed from the reservation made, to apartment. I would say superlative!!! In a gorgeous farmhouse slightly offset from the main body of the campground, with a bathroom that I could call a real room, kitchen, sofa bed, master bedroom and beautiful patio. As agreed, we were provided with an additional single crib for the baby, which we were cutely placed attached to the double to avoid "trauma." Apartment perfect in every way, provided with everything one needs for a pleasant stay. Spectacular pools, beautifully maintained, with attached bar. Restaurant for dinner and breakfast at the entrance very nice, perhaps with little variety of choices and slightly high prices but still good! Kindness of all staff. Huge campsite and kept up very well. We will certainly return!!! Ah, for those who as Mrs. Luisa says do not believe us, the apartment has no air conditioner, but even if it was hot, given the "ancient" walls you absolutely do not need it!!! Slept great!!! Stayed 5 days on this green, in the middle of nowhere, camping. Great to tune off, and enjoy nature, and silence. We had our own caravan/tent, and stayed on pitch number 1. Very large pitch, with lots of trees, bushes, very secluded, would recommend. Gien is nice, and definitely eat at l'Antre Amis, went there twice. Overall, nice to relax, and swimming pool is very refreshing. Also nice to have free mini golf, table tennis, ...
