A campsite for those looking for the soul of the old-fashioned campsite, with the added comfort. There are no rows of bungalows lined up next to each other, but mainly pitches where you can pitch your tent or caravan. The pitches are fairly large, well-defined, green and with shady areas. Prices are fairly reasonable. Sanitary facilities are clean and well-equipped (toilet paper provided in toilets). Numerous services (bread sales, convenience store, pizzas, etc.). Ample parking in front of the campsite. A little far from Sainte-Marie village center (approx. 1km) as it is located on the coast (direct access to the beach from the campsite: not the most pleasant beach on the island for swimming, but very pleasant for walking). Children's playground, petanque area. Only downside: the traffic plan clearly needs to be reviewed! You have to make a U-turn at the end of the driveway to get out with your vehicle, and this is not at all optimized!

The activities are superb 👍🏻 but the conviviality between the French and the English or others is not great. I recommend for people who are looking for a great campsite and a great part of France to discover.

It was a super nice family vacation

We had a wonderful time for the third time now. The campsite is very well maintained with excellent sanitary facilities. The pitches are very spacious and sheltered by large trees that offer protection from the sun. There is a lot on offer for children: soccer, basketball, badminton, volleyball, mini golf, a cycle track, climbing facilities and lots of different playgrounds and much more The staff were always friendly and the entertainers also tried to include the German children. The small lake or pond with a beautiful sandy beach and the swimming pool round off the whole experience on hot days. You can fully enjoy nature here and switch off your body clock for a few days. Despite the size of the campsite, the pitches, which are shielded by hedges, offer a certain amount of privacy. Our children aged 3, 8, 12 and 14 also had a great time. Keep up the good work! PS: the only thing to criticize is that there must be a military base or similar in the immediate vicinity, as fighter jets regularly fly their practice rounds from midday to evening. it didn't bother us, but it might be interesting for someone who is sensitive to noise.

Wow! Wat een fantastische locatie is dit! Prachtige en rustige omgeving, safari-tent met alles erop en eraan en fantastisch uitzicht en ook nog heerlijk en gezellig eten! Femie en Albert zorgen ervoor dat het aan niets ontbreekt. Een geweldige plek om te onthaasten en genieten!

Campsite booked at the last minute, much to the delight of myself and my youngest son. Super stay with everything you need, entertainment, playgrounds, restaurant, snack bar, swimming pool, ideal setting, cool nights, just happiness. I'll be back with my older son to discover this campsite and all there is to see. The departure from the campsite for the canoe, was just the top when you don't want to drive 😂😂🤣🤣😉😉👌👌.

Simple with no fuss, relaxing, a shame the municipal pool wasn't open, but we knew that.

After everything we'd read, we were a little apprehensive about arriving at the campsite. We must have been lucky, or our complaints are starting to be heard, because we were pleasantly surprised. A warm and prompt welcome, a site under the trees, the air-conditioning was on when we arrived, the mobile home was brand new, the bedding comfortable, the pool exceptional, no end-of-stay cleaning.....franchement there's little to complain about. The mobile home is missing a few items (anti-adhesive stove, cutting knife, scissors, etc.) and it's a shame that you have to pay for the lighting in the grounds and the deckchairs. Otherwise, we highly recommend it.

Bonjour. Depuis 30 ans je viens sur ce camping. Cette année aout 2024 4 semaines c était au top et le soleil 🌞 était au rendez vous par rapport au mois de Juillet. Pour la réception l accueil au top et souriant et très réactifs. Petit clin d œil pour Clémence, Sabrina et Louis. Attention Louis aux chevilles lol. Ils sont au petit soin pour le campeur. Et Mr le Directeur très réactif sur le camping ⛺️ . Petit bémol par rapport au snack peu d épicerie sur les étagères. Dommage.🚨 Cette année mélange tente et camping car pas top. Les camping car n ont pas l esprit campeur. Ils prennent de haut les tentes. C est dommage. Il faudrait les mettre derrière la piscine au font. Ils n ont pas besoin de bloc sanitaire sachant que dans leur camping car ils ont douche et WC. Pour l animation, ça serait bien de passer avec la voiturette pour annoncer les soirées au niveau des tentes ⛺️ caravanes etc... Camping que j adore Rendez vous à l'année prochaine Severine

Overall, they make an effort to offer some entertainment and highlights such as events, a hot tub and agility dog area, etc.. However, there is little on offer in this area and the restaurants in the village no longer exist, and those on the site also offer very little. The advertising brochure lists excursion destinations that are difficult to reach without a car and I don't imagine a mixed forest and agricultural land under the heading of wine region. The campsite cannot be accessed with the ACSI Card in the NS, resulting in overnight prices that are inappropriate for what is on offer. The environmental fee is hidden in the additional text. With 2 people, plus 2 dogs, you pay more than some FWs in the Donnersbergkreis cost. Calling yourself the most beautiful place in RLP is a sign of self-confidence, but also of a loss of reality. We often stay on 3 campsites in a wonderful location in RLP, up to €15 cheaper and better with an ACSI Card.

back from a week in a zenite tent, designed for 6 people, so we were 5 plus the dog. lots of space in front of us and calm toilet, shower, small wood-burning stove (morning routine: light the fire), enough to feel good even in bad weather. for nearby activities: swimming, fishing, boating, climbing, hiking, mountain biking with good descents but also climbs. we did it in the rain (20km) with rental bikes that are not too suitable for this type of activity (bikes are expensive), but for simple rides it's ok. the staff; friendly, warm and welcoming - nothing to complain about. in short, we had a great week's vacation.
