Had a super fun day with the friends. We did a fun activity and had a nice dinner with a drink afterwards. The service is top, I will come back more often!

Pitch no. 234 was large with gravel, clean, quiet and beautiful. Right by the playground. In the high season, this would certainly not be for us. Sanitary facilities clean and hot water for washing up. 1.5 km to the village. Nice walk.

Superb stay in the Clarée valley, on the banks of the river, superb chalet, very nice facilities including a wood-burning stove, very friendly staff, magnificent location, you'd think you were in Canada. Right on the river. It's a shame there's no TV, and the chalet's soundproofing is pretty average, but these are minor details compared with the overall picture, which is really more than perfect.

A beautifully located campground in beautiful surroundings, the location is very good. We parked the car halfway and cycled to Geneva, very nice to do. A boat trip to Yvoire is also recommended! The staff is incredibly nice and helpful. Especially the camping spots are nice. However, the rental accommodations are really outdated (mold in the bathroom) and just plain dirty. In addition, our experience is that in the early and late season, Huttopia rents the accommodations to workers, who do not contribute very much to the vacation atmosphere (read: weed smell and loud music when they come home in the evening after a day's work, and work vans parked everywhere on the campsite leaving early in the morning). The swimming pool is also outdated. The little restaurant is fine. We would not come back here, but that is not because of the environment and the friendliness of the staff!

Bad cleaning and well solved employee reception.

We chose a pitch with sea view + electricity for €46/day. Beautiful location overlooking the sea. Walking distance from the center and nice to walk to the lighthouse once (+-14km there and back). Everything is clean. The only pity is that the temperature of the showers is not adjustable, either ice cold or boiling hot. For a campground of this price range, this could definitely be better.

First park

This is the first time I have ever written a negative review , on this occasion I felt it had to be done our experience has been awful The superior cabin is far from being superior. It was smelly , dirty and mouldy with stained damp bedding. The staff where very rude and threatening in behaviour. We did not feel welcome here at all. After we had left they also used our booking payment card for €90 euros on 3 occasions to pay for charges to clean the room that was certainly not clean on arrival. I felt this was a vendetta against us complaining. When challenged, they said it was as we did not take the black bin bags out. We left them tied on the floor as there where no clear instructions. We actually left the cabin cleaner than we found it. My advice would be to stay in town , there are many many nicer places close to the 2 main stations and after looking , much better value for money and location. I honestly have never experienced such rude reception staff in hospitality before. Save yourself stress and disappointment, use another place to stay there are many other food ones available.

Fine location and lodging. Water pressure of the shower leaves much to be desired. But everything else is perfectly fine and clean.

Surprising inside of the cottage. Spacious kitchen and living room with large sofa. Bed was made. We could even play hide and seek. Hihi

Beautiful facility we were only here for a trip and will be vacationing there in the near future.
