I highly recommend this campsite, the staff are pleasant and the accommodation is very comfortable. The aquatic area on the campsite is a real plus. I especially like Orlane at reception and Flavie in the maintenance department. We'll be delighted to return in 2026.

Great stay. Very annoying that they did not return the Deposit to correct account number and then just say about this that they can not do anything about it. Too bad. Money gone.

Nice campsite

Done a period of long lease. Fine at the start and during the stay. Nice place, good contact with the other tenants in the park. At settlement a lot of problems and negativity. Really very improperly treated! Bad for the company.

Basically a nice campsite with direct public transport connections to Donostia - San Sebastian. Friendly welcome. Modern facilities. However, for this price I expect a little more: many pitches are very sloping; the toilets are cramped; the light goes out after a few seconds; there are no cabins with a washbasin; the washbasins only have cold water. In this context, I always ask myself whether the operators of this campsite always wash themselves with cold water. Compared to other campsites, I can therefore only give this site 4 stars at most.

We spent a few days doing nothing at the campsite. It was very nice. The site is very well maintained and the operators are very nice. The surrounding area is perfect for hiking and mountain biking. We will be back again.

We booked until the 20th this month but 3 days ago security gave me and my 2 friends one and a half hour to evacuate. They said reception made a mistake and allowed booking for people that also work in the Netherlands. So basically they kicked us out in the middle of the night on a mistake that we didn't make, hence one star. I hope my friend got at least refunded for this predicament.

The campsite is managed and organized in a minimalist and effective way. Each pitch has its own private sanitary facilities with scullery, checkroom, make-up mirror, washbasin, shower and WC. The bus stop at the reception in front of the wellness park is just a few minutes' walk away. Line 9 takes you to the Nassereinbahn cable car in just under 10 minutes. You can hire a ski depot there. I would have liked it to be possible to order bread rolls even after the end of the ski day AND to be able to pick them up at 7:30 am. If you want to hit the slopes early, you have to do without bread rolls. Otherwise: I am happy to recommend this campsite, especially for active vacationers!

A super place for a family with kids. Indoor pool, playgrounds, indoor play space, bowling alley, restaurant and a bar. Fun for the whole family. We will be coming back!

It was a disaster. We had rented a log cabin for one night. House 1 and 2. Entire bed and pillows moldy. Proof photos were taken of course. We couldn't possibly sleep there. But paid dearly beforehand. That's not possible. But we didn't get any service. Supposedly there was nothing else available but these little log cabins. Compensation? Not a chance!!! This is a travel defect. And we are entitled to a refund in any case. Now had to pay dearly for the night somewhere else. Contacted again by email. Answer? Again no reply. I've never come across anything so brazen and disgusting
