If you're lucky and there's a member of staff at reception who likes their job and does it well, then you might get the place you want. Otherwise, the complex could be a bit better maintained.

Participated in the Europarcs family weekend. Check-in was fine and went without extra waiting time; received a nice gift with snacks; we had a dog house because of our 2 dogs, neat house and no smells; for us and (grand) children a weekend with activities organized by Europarcs! All in all super!!! We would love to come back next year.

Beautiful, very spacious campsite with wonderful sunsets and many very nice pitches with sea views. Quite hilly in places, I wouldn't vacation here without an e-bike. Sanitary facilities were clean and well maintained, there was always staff cleaning somewhere until the evening. Staff friendly in all areas. Several restaurants and bakeries scattered around the site. Two supermarkets on site but one was already closed in mid-September. Well-kept mini golf course and playgrounds. Bouncy castle and other extras for - in my opinion - too high a fee. Not relevant for us as we are traveling without children. We often camp at Valamar campsites and will be happy to come again here, as we found the campsite very quiet due to its spaciousness. Travel time mid to end of September 25.

Accomodation looked very nice outside all around looked neat. The people at the park are very friendly and helpful bread service is excellent. The park itself is well maintained and super neat. - dot the cleaning of the accommodation we found a little mediocre.

As always, a super nice vacation on a well-maintained complex with very friendly and courteous staff. This was our 4th time here and we are already looking forward to our 5th.

Nice clean campsite, super beach

Le ménage n a pas priori été contrôlé après lrs derniers locataires ( chouchou retrouvé dans la salle de bain, pâtes retrouvées autour du gaz, poêles et casseroles restées grasses, fourmiesà répétition dans les toilettes, carreaux pas nettoyés

We have been on vacation here every year for many years, but what happened 4 days ago is hard to believe, we were misled about the plot we had. First we were told we could stay there as long as we wanted, then two days before we wanted to pay we were told we had to vacate the pitch immediately as it was rented out again from 12.00 noon. Of course we were not ready because we still had 2 days left. The boss told us in a very unfriendly way that if we didn't leave she would call the police. After a discussion we packed up and left. We will never go on vacation there again. Since then we have also heard of many bad experiences from other vacationers.
