Super nice staff at reception. Beautiful surroundings!

Beautiful surroundings for biking and hiking.

We were disappointed. Price-performance ratio was not right and the cleanliness was ok at best. Under cupboards not vacuumed for weeks, discolored dirty toilet brush. Towels not included. There are also no dishcloths in the cabin or toilet paper... I had not experienced anything like this in vacation parks before and it could have been pointed out in advance that there is not even toilet paper. The guidelines stated that all dishes must be washed for departure and the dishwasher must be emptied. When we arrived the dishwasher was still full. The cottage is average and ok, but 900€ for a week in low season was not justified. The nature and surroundings made up for a lot and the staff were friendly. Nevertheless, we rather broke off the vacation.

Campsite was ok so far. Pitch and sanitary facilities quite ok. Pizzaria was good and good bus connection to Siena.

Stayed for seven nights in a touring van. Pitches are a good size with hedge and tree separation. Pleasant walk around the lake. Not enough fresh water taps, the nearest tap to our pitch was a good 100m walk and doubled up as the motor home service point. I thought that I had made an error with this but reception confirmed that this was in fact correct. There was also a toilet/shower block close to our pitches but this remained closed during our stay, not sure why as the site seemed busy. The pool was well used by families. There is a small supermarket within walking distance.

The campsite is absolutely beautiful with direct access to the sea. Nevertheless, we wouldn't want to go back. The bungalows for two people are in the middle of those for more people. We had children screaming all day long because they didn't get their way. We really have nothing against children, but if you have to listen to them shouting at breakfast in the morning, it's annoying. It would have been better if the two bungalows had been placed a bit apart so that older people could also relax. In addition, you can't understand that at 8 degrees at night you only have a sheet as a blanket in bed and not even something warmer. We hardly slept the first night because we were so cold despite our jacket and bought blankets the next day so that we wouldn't freeze in bed all the time. The only positive thing was the friendly staff in the registrations and offices. As well as the quick access to the beach. For families with children it is a paradise because what is offered there for children is unique. If it hadn't been for the children and the nights being far too cold without radiators, we would certainly have been able to relax because the bungalow with terrace was very nice. Too bad!!! The team has now replied that the bungalows are equipped with air conditioning which also has the function of heating. It's a pity that they couldn't advise this and it wasn't mentioned anywhere, otherwise the stay would have been more pleasant.

Small defects in the houses. But not worth mentioning. Super houses. A small vacation park with 36 houses Ideal for relaxing. If you are looking for action, this is the wrong place. Not far from the beach. Reception, very friendly and helpful
