We arrived here at the resort and after agreeing on towels for everyone, they only let us find 4 towels out of 8 people. We had to rent the additional towel for 4 more people at a cost of 20 euros per towel (yes you heard right, 20 euros per person for a total of 80 euros). They realized the mistake made and sent for us only to have no responsible person find us at 8:30 p.m. wasting additional time. I could go on but suffice to say one thing. We paid like a hotel room for a small 20 sq. m. house for 5 people, with hot water hiccups and claustrophobic environment. Incompetent and unfriendly staff despite posing with the utmost politeness. A complete disappointment. We are still here but can't wait to leave. Never again!

Liked: Fantastically helpful and friendly staff, who couldn’t do enough to help. Bus stop within 50m for the bus into Florence. Clean facilities. Bar serving coffee and pastries at a very reasonable price. Everything spotless. Disliked: Nothing.

We had a wonderful week at this park. Nice (slightly dated) cottage (which also smelled of wet dog) in a beautiful area where there is much to do.|Helough there was much wrong with service, especially the way of dealing with guests. When registering at the reception it turned out unannounced a deposit of 75 euros to be paid. This was newly introduced and not communicated. We were also not given a receipt or conditions, despite our request for them. The deposit would be refunded every Thursday after the check out. Later that week we, following an informative email from the park with the menu, went to eat at the restaurant. There the prices turned out to be a few euros higher. On the website were also lower prices. Not neat. There were also many missing ingredients in various dishes. Also here were unfortunately only young girls who came no further than "I pass it on. The last weekend the parasol was broken during bad weather. Instead of appealing to their insurance, the park immediately unkindly approached us upon reporting it. At check out we were also approached very offensive that we were liable. 1.5 weeks after check out then came an invoice of 300 euros PLUS the deposit for a new parasol. This while it was only partially replaced and moreover was so old that it was already completely written off.|Our insurer rejected the claim for this reason among others. We still do not have our deposit back.|A deposit that is legally not at all okay, you may collect a deposit only if it is announced in advance and there are general conditions known.|M.a.w. the prak is beautiful, the environment very beautiful. But if something goes wrong or does not go well, you are no longer a guest but a "counterparty" who is indecent or not spoken to.....|We left with a hangover, this could have been resolved very differently.

Very well organized campground, convenient to downtown and all services, excellent indoor facilities as well, and in my case after a particular incident the staff took immediate interest by promptly resolving and taking the situation to heart, thank you, I recommend it.

We arrived at the campsite with our two small children aged 2 and 4. We found the welcome to be haughty, lacking in empathy, and there was no flexibility in our requests.|| It should be noted that the campsite is crossed by a busy and dangerous road.||Not having paid 100 euros, we were unable to choose a pitch for our trapper tent, despite our request in advance: it was south-facing, so in August we couldn't have lunch on the terrace with our 2 little ones.||The snack bar offers pizzas with very few toppings that aren't worth the price. We had the unpleasant feeling of being taken for a "money pump" and were very disappointed by our first experience of this concept, which claims to be ecological but is in fact essentially profit-oriented.

A beautiful setting, wooded, yet centrally located to supermarkets and beach. Beautiful pitches, spacious and equipped with electricity and water. Very clean and neat sanitary facilities. Hospitable and friendly owners and store daily with freshly baked bread. Swimming pool not super big, but big enough and also nicely located with water slide for the kids and separate children's pool.

It was my first experience in bungalows so the expectations were very low,instead I had to change my mind!|The bungalows are very clean and the outdoor areas are neat and clean. The campground is surrounded by nature full of trees and flowers. Wonderful swimming pools and nice the various eating places. Very well stocked market that allowed us to prepare something to eat in the bungalow kitchen. It was a lovely week and I recommend it with flying colors.

The staff were very friendly and courteous. All pitches are large and delimited by Heggen. The sanitary facilities are functional and clean by camping standards. The walk to the large wide beach is short. By bike in the direction of Cabourg, the odeur of bygone times, nice shopping mile, we look forward to going there again. Now we were only three days that will be more next time.|Also worth recommendation.

Liked: Lovely site good dog walks around and easy walk into gulpen . Lots of coffee shops . Good rural views from pitch . Washroom/showers good clean . Liked the fact bar/restaurant was open still in late September. Great meal had here
