Liked: Very helpful staff.good marked pitches. Fresh bread service in the morning.good little shop and bar and cafe. Really helpful. Amazing showers toilets and outside wash facilities. Amazing parks fenced in etc for the kids. Disliked: We couldnt get another night as was so busy.

We booked with Taiga in July, and since we weren’t sure how our trip would unfold, we paid extra for the option to cancel. Unfortunately, we had to cancel, and it has been nothing but trouble since. The amount was charged to our credit card multiple times, no one responded to our emails, and no one is reachable by phone. It’s been an absolute nightmare, and we strongly advise against booking with Taiga.

Liked: Very nice location, slightly defiladed from the center of lussinpiccolo 'a conveniently accessible by transport or bike (there is a bike path just outside the campsite). Bathrooms clean and very well maintained, nice initiatives organized by the animation. Possibility to book tours and bike rentals. Service at reception good although not perfect. Possibility to change pitches on the spot, if there are others available, if you don't like your allocation. Disliked: A bit inconvenient that only one entrance out of three is open....

Only one star for the swimming pool|I don't recommend this campsite at all|No hello on arrival when we told them to|Mobilhome n°100 from August 10 to 17: full of sand, hand marks on the partitions, umbrella bed in a pitiful state proposal from another after complaint we asked for a mattress to put in the bottom because to make a baby sleep a week on a board not terrible refusal for hygiene reason it's making fun of people for hygiene.|Aquatic area: lifeguards are present on the le chêne side, but only supervise one pool, and even then. On the park side, there's no one in the morning, and in the afternoon they're sitting on a chair at the end of the pool. No entertainment in this part of the campsite, you have to cross a road with no crosswalk and very little lighting to get to the other part with small children who are really not safe. The Aladdin show was pitiful, no desire, no dynamism, the lyrics were a soundtrack, quickly gone.|Grocery store: familiar words, we don't know each other from Adam or Eve, I buy bread and they say "2€40 ma gadji"|The handing over of the keys at the end of the stay, they didn't ask if the stay went well, it was thank you for the keys, goodbye.|The only positive point of this campsite is the swimming pool|And then, fortunately, the magnificent region to visit.

I arrived in August with my family for a 10 day stay. We were greeted by a very friendly and caring African receptionist. We were made to feel welcome. Lovely place. Friendly staff. Good restaurant. Good big swimming pool. But the shutters too expensive. And the hours were bad.

I will tell the good and bad of this place based on plot accommodation. ||Pros: Place to disconnect. |It is not overcrowded|Different cultures|Fine sand pool very nice.|Large plots||Contras: Lack of chlorine in the sand pool as it was full of bugs called swimmers. These bugs came out because the chlorine was too low. ||The first day of my entry the grass pool was green with algae and the edges of the stoneware full of green and other products because the skimmers do not work and not being able to clean the surface water always has a layer of oil due to sunscreen. I have to say that on the third day it was better maintained and the verdina had disappeared and the water was clearer but the surface was the same. ||The showers have no pressure and in my case the 3 days at different times in the men's showers the water comes out cold and without any pressure. A trickle of water. |It seems that in the women's showers the water comes out without any pressure but at least it comes out hot. The bedtime is not respected at all and on top of that there is no reception or telephone because it is until 8 pm. I called several nights at 1:30 in the morning but it was impossible even declaring that it was an emergency nobody answered the phone. ||The animation by Pa.... is regular. Quite mediocre. You can tell that he is studying and is not vocational or wants to dedicate himself to it professionally. ||I hired a refrigerator a month before and paid and they put it at check in so it took hours to cool. ||Everyone can draw their own conclusions.

Top-notch staff, great nature activities, clean, recent bathrooms, nice indoor pool. Access to the lake below in 5 minutes on foot. Some pitches even have a lake view. Very relaxing and rejuvenating.

Beautiful campground, with lots of swimming pool, entertainment for children, very nice bartender, very well taken care of and so much more.|In the evening there is an hour of dancing by the animation for children and then a little show for everyone.|I recommend it!

During the day it is quite a child-friendly campground as described on the website, namely lots of playground equipment and fine entertainment. However, after 22:00 (when the activities end) the campsite turns into an unsafe place where noisy young people call the shots. The shouting and screaming of the young people makes it very difficult to sleep at night. I heard the staff warn them once, but to no avail.|In addition, we experienced that toys lying next to the tent in the morning had suddenly disappeared.|We will never come back here again.

The place is good. The staff are friendly and everything is well maintained. The windows on the pitches with private bathrooms have fly screens. |However, you won't find peace and quiet here. It was not possible to fall asleep before midnight or later, as barking dogs and very loud noises and chatter from fellow campers were very disturbing. Dogs also barked at night. And the barking and shouting continued from 7 in the morning. So here the bad rating is more due to the behavior of the people. Don't come here again

This camp is the result of the efforts of three sisters who do everything they can to preserve their father's legacy. The air you breathe is a family atmosphere that makes you feel at home despite the hundreds of miles away. We returned after staying there in 2006 and it was like taking a dip into the past, we felt as good as we do now. The campsite is like a small village where everyone knows each other or is ready to socialize. That extra something to the place is given by the staff and the fantastic animation staff. We will definitely go back.
