TinyParks Cast AwayDelightful!!! What a nice atmosphere and friendliness on the grounds. Nice food, easy to meet new people (if you feel like it) and plenty of entertainment. Two tips: book the pick-up service, because you don't want to walk with a heavy suitcase. Tip two: bring mosquito spray. Totally stung to death 😋

Heerlijk! Wat een fijne sfeer en gezelligheid op het terrein. Lekker eten, makkelijk nieuwe mensen leren kennen (als je daar zin in hebt) en genoeg vertier. Twee tips: reserveer de ophaaldienst, want lopen met een zware koffer wil je niet. Tip twee: neem muggenspray mee. Helemaal lek geprikt 😋

TinyParks Cast AwayTogether with my nine-year-old son we went to this unique island with beautiful nature. The arrival by ferry immediately gave a vacation gevorl. The tent we rented was very pleasant. It was full of sun. In the beautifully refurbished inn, we immediately felt at home. The grounds outside were also really lovely. Snuggled in the shade on a deck chair with a drink and a book while my son enjoyed himself there with new vacation friends. The dinners at long tables were really nice to get to know new people. The campfire in the evening was also fun and the silent disco was a success. What we found really unfortunate was that we could not supp and swim from the island even though it was announced on the site. Dragged a life jacket and wetsuit for nothing and a disappointed son. Because Oerrr's nature playground was also closed, three nights were a bit long for us. The bicycle tour of the island, the covered wagon ride and the visit to the agricultural museum on the island were fun for an afternoon. So a two-night stay would have been perfect for us.

Samen met mijn negenjarige zoon gingen we naar dit unieke eiland met prachtige natuur. De aankomst per pont gaf direct een vakantiegevorl. De tent die wij huurden was heel prettig. Stond wel vol in de zon. In de mooi opgeknapte herberg voelden we ons meteen thuis. Het terrein buiten was ook echt heerlijk. Lekker in de schaduw op een ligstoel met een drankje en een boekje terwijl mijn zoon zich daar vermaakte met nieuwe vakantievriendjes. De diners aan lange tafels waren heel fijn om nieuwe mensen te leren kennen. Het kampvuur 's avonds was ook gezellig en de silent disco was een succes. Wat wij echt ontzettend jammer vonden was dat we niet konden suppen en zwemmen vanaf het eiland terwijl dat wel op de site was aangekondigd. Voor niets een zwemvest en wetsuit meegesleept en een teleurgestelde zoon. Doordat de natuurspeeltuin van Oerrr ook dicht was, waren drie nachtjes wel wat lang voor ons. De fietstocht over het eiland, de huifkartocht en het bezoekje aan het landbouwmuseum op het eiland waren leuk voor een middagje. Een verblijf van twee nachten was dus perfect geweest voor ons.

Het buitenzwembad was erg mooi en de barman was zeer vriendelijk. De omgeving vond ik prachtig . De douche in het huisje was ook heerlijk. Huisjes waren netjes.

Tolne CampingSettled down at Tolne campsite for a week in early July with our trailer tent. After registering at the reception we were shown around the campground by the friendly owner, after which we were allowed to choose our favorite spot. There is quite a lot to choose from, small field, larger field, more in the woods or overlooking a small valley. Something for everyone. The kids were soon off to a play area in the woods. There is also a nice playground near the reception. Here is also a nice terrace where you can have a drink or eat the delicious pizza or burgers they sell. But of course you can also take them to your spot. The sanitary facilities may be a bit dated, but they function fine and are fresh and clean. From the campground and close by you can go hiking and biking. The beach is about 10km away and in the area there are some nice towns, several museums and even more beautiful nature. If we go back to Denmark again or are looking for a campsite on our way to Norway or Gothenburg we would love to come back.

Begin juli een week neergestreken op Tolne camping met onze vouwwagen. Na het aanmelden bij de receptie werden we door de vriendelijke eigenaar rondgeleid over de camping, waarna we ons favoriete plekje mochten kiezen. Er is behoorlijk wat te kiezen, klein veldje, groter veld, meer in het bos of uitzicht over een klein dal. Voor ieder wat wils. De kids waren al snel vertrokken naar een speelplek in het bos. Daarnaast is er bij de receptie nog een leuke speeltuin. Hier is ook een leuk terras waar je een drankje kan drinken of de heerlijke pizza of burgers kan eten die ze verkopen. Maar je kan ze natuurlijk ook meenemen naar je plek. Het sanitair is misschien wat gedateerd, maar functioneert prima en is fris en schoon. Vanaf de camping en vlak in de buurt kun je heerlijk wandelen en fietsen. Het strand is op ongeveer 10km en in de omgeving zijn een paar leuke stadjes, diverse musea en nog meer mooie natuur. Als we nog eens naar Denemarken terug gaan of een camping zoeken op doortocht naar Noorwegen of Gotenburg dan komen we graag nog eens terug.
