Very quiet campsite

WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER !!! Temperatures in the unit was unsafely hot, the unit was filled with bugs, the outside was covered in spider webs, and there were no screens on the windows or doors. I tried calling the emergency line several times throughout the evening and into the night the first day we got there, as it was not possible for my 3 children, our dog and myself to sleep in that heat. The Emergancy line informed me that they couldn’t do anything for us and that I’d have to wait until the morning. We all ended up sleeping in my car. First thing in the morning, I went down to the office and spoke to the receptionist. She informed me that they would get an AC unit into the place immediately, as I was sleep deprived, she explained that they would go in and hook it up, that I did not need to be there. For that day the we had planned to see my husband at the finish line of a long march he was completing but while dealing with this issue we were not even able to and missed it due to the fact that once we got to the area I called the emergency line to check in with the front desk (the emergency line is the only number I could find to contact these people). When I called, I was informed that they had not hooked up an AC unit because I didn’t pay the day fee before leaving to the march. This was not communicated to me before I left. When we got back to the unit the ac was in the house turned on but with the hose inside so all the hot air was blowing inside the house. After going down to the office 2 more times (because you can’t call) I was able to have them send a tech guy out who put the hose outside the door and said to just leave it like that and after being told that I would have to take the broom myself and clean off the outside of the property I was able to have the manager come out and clean it as I’m short and there was no way I could reach . The entire time I felt like such an inconvenience. The conditions in the unit were unsafe for us to sleep in, this was such a nightmare experience. After pleading with the front to please make it right, I had to make the call to leave, even though I did not want to drive home 7 hours after my husband’s march. I booked 3 nights to stay, slept 1 night in the car after driving all day, then drove home the next day . They refuse to respond to the checkout message I sent via Expedia and the message I sent via their website along with refusing to refund me any money once contacted by Expedia. I’m so disappointed with how this worked out. The whole purpose for this stay was to enjoy a nice relaxing weekend after my husband completed the Nijmegen 100mile march. I do not recommend this place at all.

Clean, shady pitch. The sanitary facilities are clean and you feel safe in this campsite.

We had a great time - we go camping often, this place is special . every pitch was secluded, there were beautiful trees, nice staff, quiet, clean. Great for bike riding.

The tranquility, beautifully maintained park and lovely wellness cottage combined with the yoga retreat was truly a perfect combination

Very pleasant. Good entertainment program and other facilities were well taken care of.

Location of the park is nicely made, close to civilization but not having that feeling and idea.... when you are at the park. Everyone is also incredibly friendly.

A really great park for a vacation in Holland with children. Great accommodations for families that are just a little bit different and cooler.

Quiet campsite and good swimming pool

Compact campsite, nicely located between Bobbejaanland, Toverland and Maastricht. Large playground and swimming pool.

15 days at the Huttopia Millau campsite went by too quickly. Very welcoming and helpful staff, clean sanitary facilities, activities for the kids (thanks Clément!), and a relaxing natural setting. We'll be back to continue exploring the region!
