Kampeerdorp de ZandstuveVery nice. Never been on fall break before. Doubt because my husband had to work and went alone with kids of 4 9 and 11. But very good experience. Every age enjoyed. Not very nice weather (as expected). And still super entertained. Nice animation and not very busy (as in summer).

Heel leuk. Nog nooit in de herfstvakantie geweest. Twijfel omdat mijn man moest werken en alleen heen met kids van 4 9 en 11. Maar erg goed bevallen. Elke leeftijd heeft genoten. Niet heel mooi weer (zoals verwacht). En toch super vermaakt. Leuke animatie en niet heel druk. (Zoals in de zomer)

Holiday Park SallandshoeveFriendly reception at the front desk. In the cottage it was a bit wmah, it smelled musty, I saw on the gloss doors all fingerprints and first I did a round of door handles and toilet with my damp cleaning wipes. The radiator in downstairs bedroom could not be closed and it was chilly in the living room so I wanted the central heating on. So with the bedroom window open. I wanted to light a scented candle but there were no matches for the gas stove.... We forgot toilet paper, which was not for sale in the corner store so we had to go to the supermarket. When playing cards fell between the couch we found a dog bone and a whole bunch of dog hair under the couch.... hence the musty (dog) smell in the cottage. Look, I understand that older houses do not smell 100% fresh anymore, but such a dog smell could have been reduced by 50% by vacuuming under the couch. Day 2 I reported this in the morning at the reception. 3 hours later we returned from walking and the house was clean, vacuumed, mopped, couch was even damped, and they had sprayed an anti-must odor. Top service I thought. Also the knob of radiator had been repaired and radiator bled. In the evening I indeed found that the muf smell was reduced by 50%. Perhaps in the bedroom it smelled even more like dog because of the dog hair on the mattress.... Long story short: cleaning could be much better! The park itself does look nice, around the pond there are a lot of nice, new tents, you can sit and play in them in nice weather. The playground in front is also very nice! The restaurant is also top, here I wrote a separate review about it but good food, friendly hostess and cozy. Day 2 (October) was nice weather and we were in the playground. I wanted to do midget golf but this was not possible because the store where those attributes were only opened at 16h.

Vriendelijk ontvangst bij de receptie. In het huisje was het een beetje wmah, het rook muf, ik zag op de glans deuren allemaal vingerafdrukken en heb eerst met mijn vochtige schoonmaak doekjes even een rondje deurkrukken en wc gedaan. De radiator in beneden-slaapkamer kon niet dicht en het was fris in de woonkamer dus ik wilde de cv wel graag aan. Met het slaapkamer raam open dus.. Ik wilde een geurkaars aan doen maar er waren geen lucifers voor het gasfornuis.. We waren toiletpapier vergeten, dit was niet te koop in het winkelhoekje dus moesten we nog even langs de supermarkt. Toen er speelkaarten tussen de bank vielen vonden we onder de bank een hondenbot en een hele hoop hondenharen.. vandaar de muffe (honden)lucht in het huisje. Kijk, ik snap dat wat oudere huisjes niet 100% fris meer ruiken, maar zo'n honden meur had je met wel 50% kunnen verminderen door te stofzuigen ónder de bank.. een geur bundeltje in de hal neerzetten helpt dan niet echt. Dag 2 heb ik dit gemeld in de ochtend bij de receptie. 3 uur later kwamen we terug van wandelen en was het huisje schoon, gestofzuigd, gedweild, bank was zelfs vochtig afgenomen, en ze hadden een anti muf-geur gesprayd. Top service vond ik. Ook de knop van radiator was gerepareerd en radiotor ontlucht. In de avond vond ik inderdaad dat de muf-lucht voor 50% was verminderd. Wellicht rook het op de slaapkamer nog meer naar hond door de hondenharen op het matras.. Lang verhaal kort: schoonmaak kan veel beter! Het park zelf ziet er wel leuk uit, om de vijver staan heel wat mooie, nieuwe tenten, je kan er met mooi weer leuk aan zitten en in spelen. De speeltuin vooraan is ook heel erg mooi! Het restaurant is ook top, hier heb ik een aparte review over geschreven maar lekker gegeten, vriendelijke gastvrouw en gezellig ingericht. Dag 2 (oktober) was het mooi weer en waren we in de speeltuin. Ik wilde wel midget golf doen maar dit was niet mogelijk want de winkel waar die attributen stonden ging pas om 16u open.

Soof RetreatsWe enjoyed our stay. We liked that the park is small but still has a brasserie. We really liked the cottage with hot tub and nice that it also has a nice private garden with lounge set and separate dining table. The sliding panel on the outside we find very well thought out. Top that the park is so concerned with sustainability. Nice that there is a reception, but that you do not have to pass by there to check in and out. Information provision by email was clear and the app works well! We did 3 hikes through the app, which we really liked!

Wij hebben genoten van ons verblijf. We vonden het leuk dat het park klein is, maar toch een brasserie heeft. Het huisje met hot tub vonden we erg mooi en fijn dat er ook een mooie eigen tuin met loungeset en aparte eettafel bij zit. Het schuifpaneel aan de buitenkant vinden we erg goed bedacht. Top dat het park zo met duurzaamheid bezig is. Fijn dat er een receptie is, maar dat je daar niet langs hoeft om in en uit te checken. Informatie voorziening per mail was duidelijk en de app werkt goed! We hebben 3 wandelingen via de app gedaan, die vonden we heel leuk!
