A very nice and very quiet campground.

A beautiful location, a wonderfully peaceful campground. It has everything a hiker or someone seeking peace and quiet could want. The restrooms are spotless. The campground is in a fantastic location, with the Klierf River meandering through and alongside it. There’s a pizza vending machine near the back parking lot that serves up truly delicious pizzas. All in all, we had a fantastic stay and were able to unwind on the porch of the chalet we rented. At this time of year, we were accompanied by a wonderful chorus of birdsong. Every now and then, you feel like you’re right in the middle of the forest. We’re very satisfied!

Campground in a beautiful, wooded area. Great campsites for campers!

The campsites are decent, but the "municipal" pool is outdated.

Upon arrival at the MB, the manager refused to conduct the check-in inspection; the toilet seat was broken, the exterior was not maintained—I reported this to the manager, who did not bother to come out to check; there were no disposable mattress pads for the beds or pillows. The temperature in the apartment reached 39 degrees even with the kitchen window open. For checkout, we were supposed to meet the manager at 8 a.m. He didn’t want to do the exit inspection either. Then we received a call accusing us of breaking the toilet seat....Luckily, we took photos on the day of arrival. So I advise you to take photos as soon as you arrive and to be wary if the manager seems overly friendly and postpones or refuses to conduct the exit inspection.
