Stayed here Monday 18 May 2026 to Saturday 23 May 2026 in accommodation Cube Exclusif 4 with 4 people. The shower and sinks were fully clogged for 4 full days, and staff were not proactive to fix it. Basically the entire bathroom would flood and make it impossible for 4 of us to get a proper shower each night. We informed them after the first night on the second day, they dispatched someone to fix it, but it was not fixed that day. We informed them again after the second night, and it was still not fixed the third day, they claimed they would send an external party immediately but they sent the same in house person who then left a note saying. Only on the 4th day did someone come in to properly fix. Staff made zero effort to offer us alternative accommodation or expedite a fix, we had to endure three nights of terrible showers. I understand it's not a hotel but a chalet, but I'd expect a functioning shower to be part of the basic requirements for accommodation. Emails and feedback to them were all ignored, and of course no refund or compensation was offered. Location was great for to explore the surrounding areas though. Tip: do not book the houses near the main road if you value a more quiet stay.

It is a nice, clean park with many changing types of chalets/cottages. Management could be a little tighter. Only downside is that it is never quiet. It is enclosed between shortcuts and the A12 which gives 24/7 noise outside. However, it is located directly on the Hoge Veluwe, close to Arnhem and neighboring other villages and cities. We stayed in a MiVa cottage. Nicely arranged, but for only 1 MiVa person. A little more attention could make it even better.

We arrived after our concert & we could not enter with the car then we entered the cottage & it was full of vermin , ants , spiders , silverfish . we had to put all our mattresses from downstairs to upstairs because after long check there were no animals there. We went to report this this morning & said we had to call at 2 o'clock this night to an emergency number we knew nothing about & that they were then going to fix this & we got nothing back from our payment.... I didn't want to give stars for this because it doesn't deserve that but unfortunately had to give 1 star.
