We arrived today in the villa for 12 people. The cleanliness of the house leaves a lot to be desired. Cobwebs everywhere. Floor not mopped. In one of the upper rooms I walked into a cobweb, which I found very disgusting.the kitchen and oven are very small. It is impossible to prepare food for 12 people. There are only miniature pots and you really have to bring everything from home. There is no toilet paper or hand soap. In the living room there is only a small corner couch for a maximum of 5 people. The other 7 people have to sit on the dining table chairs. All in all, the villa is not suitable for accommodating 12 people and the house is handed over to the guests dirty. Luckily we only booked 2 nights. Very sad, I understand customer service to be something completely different

TV was not working. On the first day this was indicated after the manager had looked at it. After I reported to Belvilla he spent another 4 hours in the house but after that it was still not working. Compensation €25,77. It was very bad weather those days. Wind chill temperature -5 degrees. There was not much else to do. Argumentation belvilla you could have used the kitchen and the outdoor terrace and balcony or outdoor pool. For me never again Belvilla

Nice small park, neat cottages and beach within crawling distance and Zandvoort within walking distance. Cottages fully equipped. Only beds are in need of replacement (are all in a pit)

I only give reasonable because the heating was nothing very cold.otherwise it would have given a good

We stayed here for four nights during the Christmas vacations as a base for visiting Maastricht, Valkenburg and Hasselt. We are very enthusiastic about this park. We had a wonderful accommodation: cottage Lieteberg Cottage. It is a four-person cottage and we usually find those cramped for four people (two adults and two children) but this cottage is so pleasantly laid out that it was spacious. Nicely furnished and very clean, nice beds. The park looks nice. Nice playground with bouncy castle. We did not use anything else, but we would definitely book this again.

Within biking distance from Valkenburg to n Maastricht. Nice quiet campsite in beautiful surroundings.

Nice park with many nice, different cottages. The beds are comfortable, only the rooms are very noisy. You hear everything: the toilet, the living room.... I woke up several times because of that. For the rest, a spacious park, just a little unclearly marked. I would recommend going there. Good prices.

Worst Christmas ever! Communication 0.0 People arrive to celebrate Christmas with family/family, send them home, some people had to drive 2h to 3h there. Already hours without electricity!, after hours of waiting finally fixed... but still no wifi, no television! Not to mention our Christmas menu we ordered here! The picture that I am posting of the food is for 4 people! Cost : 75€ We found the food just in the middle of the corridor. Fortunately it was cold here due to no electricity. We are almost 7pm now and we still cannot watch television. When you call the emergency number they don't answer themselves! Hahahha I have never experienced anything like that.
