Expeditious reception not welcoming not smiling ... Also in the aisles staff do not say hello. Second sentence of our arrival... The deposit... No welcome... No service... Money money... Similarly, when I indicate that I'm leaving earlier than planned, don't worry, it'll make time for the stay, obviously you'll pay in full, madam... When I see the price of a week in August frankly it's shameful for the service and the setting you offer. Dirty old mobile home... Dirty air vents, dirty windows, dirty floor spots And with so little comfort ... Not even a ladle... Horrible bedding ... broken windows... Dirty and rusty hood...no shutters... Shower head full of scale...broken bathroom door... Screwed-up sink plugCOPY00 Saucepans either huge for a 4-person bungalow or too small ... consequences impossible to put two large saucepans supplied on the hob to make food .... Animations animations we talk about ... Pfff NOTHING in fact just what to say animations at the campsite 😂 pool time 11h30 ! Lame ... no deckchairs around the pool ... Not a flower in the campsite ... No cheerfulness... Exterior upkeep leaves much to be desired (I'm not talking about the mowing, but the rest), just like the rest of the campsite... Unsecured campsite ... no barriers, it's like entering a windmill, day or night... On the site adjacent to the campsite and visit to the Travellers.... I don't see where the 4 stars are!!! I read in the reply to the other comments that you rely on your tenants for housekeeping..... Ok in principle but from 10am to 4pm what do you do when I see the state of the mobile home I rented which is disgusting ... and I weigh my words you could give a big blow in your bungalow they need it corners windows handles floor in short everything is to redo ... I wasn't able to discover your restaurant... Indeed, I was put off when I went for a coffee by the reception once again... And then, as soon as I'd finished my coffee, the door was locked and I couldn't even get information about eating there at lunchtime... I'm sad to see that the campsite is no longer a warm, welcoming, caring and fun place ... Just money money ... Green and thrifty? About to leave ... Stop arriving quickly for the inventory of fixtures ... 30 min later I went back to see them... They'd forgotten me... And we made it clear that they were bored of working.... Start to finish a bad experience The good thing is that the campsite is a 10-minute walk from the town center... Ornans is a beautiful town and its surroundings... But this has nothing to do with the campsite...

Here 3 weeks stood, but what an annoyance at the campsite the store in the morning to get a sandwich is already a disaster. The staff is terribly lazy.dan the restaurant is completely a disaster and snack bar even worse.if there are 10 people in the row is already too many then comes the sign we take no more orders.really to cry this.and if you see how much ice cream is thrown away to that it fails to get the speckles on the ice, really such a sin.no witterzomer is not a campsite to relax.environment is beautiful.

Very warm welcome and charming staff. Fun and varied activities and program for children. The campsite is really big, but you can tell that beforehand. Very uneven quality of pitches. There's one part with beautiful pitches, separated by hedges, and another with no separation in a nursery... the sanitary facilities are great, but while the number of showers is more than adequate, the number of WCs is unsatisfactory, leading to queues at "peak times". Two pools are accessible, the municipal one being the hottest, but it's a pity that the overzealousness of a lifeguard tarnished the experience (I think every bather was entitled to a remark). So all in all, mixed feelings, I'll be booking with huttopia again, but I'll be careful about the number of pitches ;-) .

We had a villa tent for 12 days for 2850€. Was very dirty on arrival. Shower door could not close normally, mattresses itched very much the first night, the next day along action been cleaning agents and anti bugs picked up. And the place where the villa tent is no sunshine all day. Pool very bad in terms of hygiene, hairs everywhere and for real little ones a broken concrete floor with crevel where the little ones can get their knees and hands quite open. We went here twice and then left every day because you couldn't get sunrays at the tent either. The nearest normal town with more than 1 restaurant was 25 minutes away with a nice beach. Here we have been several times. This was a beautiful nice beach with a nice promenade though. But if you look on the site everything is within 10 minutes this is however not correct. We feel we have been taken for a ride by this campground. €237.50 per night booked you may in my eyes expect a nice clean tent with a nice place with a clean and tidy facilities this was really all a big mockery. This is why we left earlier, because at home we do have sun in the garden. We are very disappointed in this campsite.

A wonderful vacation spent in a great vacation home.

We are right now in the campsite...we liked it very much...to put a downside they do not let you enter the campsite if you go to a mobile home with the car to download but good they give you a hand with the stroller workers...and another downside the mobile home could be cleaner but the beds are comfortable and the staff very attentive.....and the best the restaurant eats super good and spectacular treatment ... the bathrooms of the campsite very clean and beautiful ...subject washers and dryers great pq and provides you with soap and softener and oaga with the mobil.mobil...the pool is fine ..theme animation or oq oq we have come to visit Cadiz and my children are adolesxcentes if we return we will repeat insurance!!!!

Liked: Good flat ground for pitching tent, easy access to water, and large enough bathrooms that we never had to wait. Disliked: Shower temperature was unreliable.

I liked: Estuba very well in general the campsite.

Liked: It was so relaxing. Really enjoyed going out on kayak and paddle boat on Lake. Walk around lake lovely. Kids enjoyed the pool and playing ping pong and boules. Food was lovely. Owners were so friendly. Would definitely go back again.

Beautiful campsite, well arranged and neat. Friendly staff. There were fun evening activities organized! |The toilet buildings at the front were nice, the rear building was very outdated. |What we missed were shaded areas by the pool and enough beds, in the afternoon it was almost impossible to get a bed, let alone one in the shade.
