Great campsite. Beautiful location, 40 minutes from Lucca. Very steep though. If you are in the lower part you have to climb a lot and cross a road for the reception and swimming pool. We were upstairs and that was top. Friendly, trusting staff!

A Wonderful Family Getaway!Our recent stay at EuroParcs De Zanding was absolutely fantastic, and I can't recommend it enough. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and accommodating, going out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. Their friendly and helpful attitude truly set the tone for a wonderful holiday.The house itself was perfect for our family—spacious, clean, and very comfortable. A huge plus was the excellent air conditioning, which kept us cool and refreshed during the warmer days. It’s a small detail, but it makes a huge difference in comfort.For the children, the park is an absolute paradise. They spent hours happily exploring the numerous playgrounds, which were well-equipped and offered plenty of variety to keep them entertained. It was a joy to see them so active and engaged.Overall, EuroParcs De Zanding exceeded our expectations. The combination of outstanding service, comfortable accommodation, and fantastic facilities for kids makes it an ideal destination for families. We are already planning our next visit and will definitely be recommending it to all our friends. It's a perfect spot to relax and create lasting family memories.

I stayed in the emotional dome for one night in July with my 5 year old daughter and I must say it was great, also considering that it was my first camping and my first adventure with the baby where everything had to be perfect. Upon arrival they took me inside showing me everything I needed such as entrance with qr code, route, location bathrooms, showers, pool and explained all the arrangements for meals. Through the app you order pizza (really delicious) and breakfast stuffed brioches and cappuccino. You pick up your order, get cutlery and drink, and eat comfortably in the tables outside. The pool is perfect for children, with a hot shower, and a demarcated first section with shallow water where the child could touch safely and play with the whirlpool. In the second section it was a bit higher 1m20 or so, with gradual rise and no steps. Not to be underestimated, the pool is exposed to the sun throughout the morning/afternoon, so there is no risk of shade coming in and completely changing the temperature. One needs to wear a swim cap in the pool, I had read about it on the website and brought it along with a donut and floaties. in case, you could buy it in the in-house emporium where there was a little bit of everything. After eating in just a 5-minute walk we went to the Roof of the World to see a truly spectacular sunset in the Dome! the path is a bit winding, but doable even for the baby. In the Dome at night, the temperature was pleasant, in the afternoon on my first entry I have to say it was a little hot, but I have never been there in practice. Fell asleep there watching the stars and hearing all the sounds of nature such as crickets, larks and more, then of course after a while I closed the curtains imagining the morning light. Overall definitely positive vacation, I don't understand some negative reviews I read, I found friendliness from all staff, comfort, cleanliness.

We are at the campground for two weeks. The campground has everything you need. There is limited space at the beach to lie/sit. You really have to be on time otherwise there is no place left. The toilet buildings are fine and clean only the shower jet is really super soft, with hair washing really no do! It is very expensive at the campsite, the supermarket is totally bizarre. The pool is basic but fine, we rarely come there anyway, it is a pity that you have to pay for the beds in the pool. We are in a tent of easyatent, tent is fine with fine beds but the location of our tent is terrible! Behind us are regulars who all seem to know each other. It is party every night until 1 o'clock and later. A lot of noise, loud talking and loud music. One time to bed on time is not an option, even our children have trouble falling asleep ... It is anyway until late noisy on the campsite. Furthermore, it is a fine campsite but for us once and never again.

A disaster, at 10 o'clock the kitchen closes and they don't even give you a sandwich. They are not even able to give you a bag of ice.

Plumbing clean enough, but could be better. Unfortunately no store for some small groceries. For this you had to drive quite a distance. Otherwise a nice campsite.

A very good system for late check-in and a nice playground for the kids. It was clear that this was a site without plumbing, so it was a pleasant surprise that there were toilets anyway. Unfortunately, it is very unfortunate that some people use these toilets with sink as a bathroom. The campground manager should really do something about this. As a result, the toilets are constantly occupied in the morning and everything is dirty and wet.

Very nice campsite in the middle of the forest. We were there with our children ages 5.5 and 3 and had a spot at the edge of the forest. The children walked right into the forest with a few other children to play. Very nice campfire allowed 3 times a week. The last 7 minutes to it was a bit exciting; very steep and narrow and bad asphalt. You can only pass a car in a few spots. Nice playground and heated pool and a slide. Very crowded in the pool though. We found the swimming pond a little too cold, so we didn't try it out, but plenty of others who went swimming there. Nice little entertainment program for all ages.

Not as great as other WeCamp campings… Bad toilets (they don’t flush very well so it shows the menu of the one before you), one time the paper of all the toilets was finished and it’s a bit noisy.
