Camping de ThoisseyWe camped here for a few days. It is mainly a drive-through campground. So you had almost every day new people stand. You got at the entrance a choice tussrn 4 places where you wanted to stand, unfortunately there were already 2 occupied but we certainly had a nice spot. It was very crowded with children. I think from some kind of camp or something. They brought a little atmosphere otherwise it was very quiet/empty. Toilet facilities were a little mediocre. At the beginning of the morning they were cleaning everything so you could not reach 1 side. Furthermore it was very noisy and crowded. Other toilet building was just a metal shack and didn't look so nice. Attention! Bring your own toilet paper. Other than that, I did have a real camping feeling with the campground. There was also a swimming pool but unfortunately we did not go there. We also went canoeing. Was certainly fun! 4 stars for this fine campsite.

We stonden hier een paar dagen op de camping. Het is vooral een doorrijd camping. Dus je had bijna elke dag weer nieuwe mensen staan. Je kreeg bij de ingang een keus tussrn 4 plekken waar je wou staan, helaas waren er al 2 bezet maar we hadden zeker nog een leuk plekje. Het was heel erg druk met kinderen. Ik denk van een soort kamp ofzo. Die brachten wel een beetje sfeer anders was het erg rustig/leeg. Toiletgebouwen waren een beetje matig. Begin van de ochtend waren ze alles aan het poetsen waardoor je steeds 1 kant niet bij kon. Verder was het heel luidtuchtig en druk. Andere toiletgebouw was gewoon een metalen hok en zag er niet zo fijn uit. Let op! Zelf toiletpapier meenemen. Verder had ik wel een echte camping gevoel bij de camping. Je had ook een zwembad maar daar zijn we helaas niet geweest. Verder nog een lekker rondje wezen kanoën. Was ook zeker leuk! 4 sterren voor deze prima camping.

Familiepark GoolderheideWe had a nice vacation with our family. Our children had a great time. The mini disco was a favorite. And of course the swimming pool. Staff was friendly. We stayed in a mobile home. This one was very clean. Nothing to complain about. What was disappointing for us were the outdated playground equipment. Some playground equipment also looked dangerous. We also found it unfortunate that there were very many different permanent vacation homes that were close to the pool and activities and the rental caravans were a bit of a walk away. The terrace and cafe by the pool was regularly a regular hangout for the people who were permanent residents with loud music and lots of smoking. We certainly had an enjoyable vacation but will not be returning anytime soon.

Wij hebben een fijne vakantie gehad met ons gezin. Onze kinderen hebben het prima naar hun zin gehad. De mini disco was favoriet. En natuurlijk het zwembad. Personeel was vriendelijk. Wij verbleven in een sta caravan. Deze was erg netjes. Niets op aan te merken. Wat voor ons tegenviel waren de verouderde speeltoestellen. Sommige speeltoestellen zagen er ook gevaarlijk uit. Ook vonden wij het jammer dat er erg veel verschillende permanente vakantie woningen waren die dichtbij het zwembad en activiteiten waren en de huur caravans een stukje lopen waren. Het terras en café bij het zwembad was regelmatig een stamkroeg voor de mensen die permanent op de camping waren met harde muziek en veel roken. Wij hebben zeker een fijne vakantie gehad, maar zullen niet snel terug komen.

Kompas Camping - WestendeA solid 4 out of 5 stars. If you like things tidy, you're in good hands here. Everything is very neat and tidy - even the caravans are lined up thanks to the parking instructions. Positive: Large pitches on which we were able to place a caravan, awning, car and two side tents without any problems. Contactless check-in went really well. We were able to register everything in advance and didn't have to go to reception once. A great stretch of beach within walking distance for dog owners. Streetcar stop 10 minutes away. Negative: too few showers, toilets and sinks. There was practically always a queue or a long walk to the large building. Plus the 6-minute water timer - annoying!

Solide 4 von 5 Sternen. Wer es ordentlich mag, ist hier gut aufgehoben. Alles sehr gepflegt und akkurat - sogar die Wohnwagen stehen dank Stellplatzanweisung in Reih und Glied. Positiv: Große Parzellen, auf denen wir ohne Probleme einen Wohnwagen, Vorzelt, Auto und zwei Beistellzelte platzieren konnten. Kontaktloser Check-in lief super. Wir konnten alles vorab melden und mussten kein einziges Mal zur Rezeption. Für Hundebesitzer ein super Strandabschnitt fußläufig erreichbar. Tramhaltestelle 10 Min entfernt. Negativ: zu wenige Duschen, Toiletten und Abspülbecken. Hier hieß es praktisch immer Schlange stehen oder weite Wege zum großen Gebäude gehen. Dazu die 6-Minuten-Wasser-Timer - nervig!

Huttopia Calvados - NormandieA bit in the back but once there you feel the camping atmosphere. Spacious spots camping in the grass. Plumbing is heavily used so it is difficult to keep clean. Children have a great time. For the tourist spots you have to drive (more than) an hour by car. That is of course very unfortunate. In the nearby villages there is little to do. Also the climate is/was á la Normandy so humid and rainy.

Wel een beetje achteraf maar daar aangekomen voel je wel de campingsfeer. Ruime plekjes kamperen in het gras. Sanitair wordt flink gebruikt dus is lastig goed schoon te houden. Kinderen vermaken zich prima. Voor de toeristische plekjes moet je wel (meer dan) een uur rijden met de auto. Dat is natuurlijk erg jammer. In de dorpjes in de buurt is weinig te doen. Ook het klimaat is/was á la Normandië dus vochtig en regenachtig.

Tente/lodge agréable et parfaitement aménagée mais ménage à refaire entièrement. Logement très sale en arrivant. Animations en dessous du niveau d’un 4 étoiles. Personnel peu accueillant. Camping ayant besoin d’un bon coup de dynamisme et de fraîcheur.

Camping Rosselba le PalmeWe spent a wonderful week at this campground with my husband and our 2 1/2 year old twins. We stayed in a spacious and comfortable "Diamante" cottage in a perfect location near the pool. Everything is designed to be family and pet friendly: the public bathrooms are clean and functional, with dedicated showers for toddlers and even washing machines reserved for those traveling with pets. A special praise goes to the entertainers, who are really great at involving children and adults with enthusiasm and friendliness, but always with discretion. Special thanks to Matteo, who stopped by every evening for a hello and a chat-a simple gesture but really appreciated-and to Nunzio, always kind, who accompanied us and brought us back from the beach with helpfulness and courtesy. The restaurant also pleasantly surprised us: good dishes and very friendly staff. Only small suggestion: it would be perfect if they equipped themselves a bit more to handle food intolerances, such as celiac disease, which are becoming more and more common. Overall a very positive experience: well-organized campground, relaxed atmosphere and great facilities for families. We will definitely be back!

Abbiamo trascorso una splendida settimana in questo campeggio con mio marito e i nostri gemelli di 2 anni e mezzo. Abbiamo alloggiato in una casetta "Diamante", spaziosa e confortevole, in una posizione perfetta vicino alla piscina. Tutto è pensato per essere family e pet friendly: i bagni pubblici sono puliti e funzionali, con docce dedicate ai più piccoli e addirittura lavatrici riservate per chi viaggia con animali. Un plauso speciale va agli animatori, davvero bravissimi nel coinvolgere grandi e piccini con entusiasmo e simpatia, ma sempre con discrezione. Un ringraziamento particolare a Matteo, che ogni sera passava per un saluto e due chiacchiere – un gesto semplice ma davvero apprezzato – e a Nunzio, sempre gentile, che ci accompagnava e riportava dalla spiaggia con disponibilità e cortesia. Anche il ristorante ci ha piacevolmente sorpresi: piatti buoni e personale gentilissimo. Unico piccolo consiglio: sarebbe perfetto se si attrezzassero un po’ di più per gestire le intolleranze alimentari, come la celiachia, ormai sempre più diffuse. Nel complesso un’esperienza molto positiva: campeggio ben organizzato, atmosfera rilassata e servizi ottimi per le famiglie. Torneremo sicuramente!

Camping PolariWishes despite huge early booking nothing is done with them. The staff is absolutely not friendly. You have to pay for everything, nothing is included in the stay. The amounts they charge are absurd!

Wensen ondanks enorm vroege boeking wordt niks mee gedaan. Het personeel is absoluut niet vriendelijk. Overal moet je voor betalen, er zit niks bij het verblijf in. De bedragen die ze hiervoor rekenen zijn absurd!

Camping La BretonnièreLarge, flat, shaded pitches, ideal for camping. Well-maintained sanitary facilities with soap and toilet paper. De grands emplacements ombragés et plats, idéal pour camper. Sanitaires avec savon et papier toilette, bien entretenus. Activités top avec pêche, piscine, trampoline ! A 2km du grand défi ! Bar et snacks très sympas ! Petite amélioration pour ma part ; une ronde serait la bienvenue pour dire aux couches tard de cesser le bruit au-delà de 23h...cela éviterait d avoir à le faire soit même à minuit...plusieurs soirs de suite...

Camping Le CéouTent pitches from July 10 to 20. Pitches numbered around 60 are shady but very close to the road (busy, noisy). Pitches numbered in the 80s are further away but not very shady. The pool is very cold and difficult to swim in when it's not very hot outside. The foot bath and shower don't work (people get straight into the water, a real lack of hygiene). The sanitary facilities are either not cleaned at all, or very poorly (no toilet paper and, above all, no soap). There are water points all over the campsite, but the taps leak (a disgrace) and there's stagnant water that encourages mosquitoes. Access to the campsite is unregulated (no wristbands) and anyone can enter the swimming pool or campsite without worry.... no rounds to ask people to tie up their dogs or stop making noise after 11 p.m... finally, to get to the reception or the boules pitch, you have to cross a road (not practical if you want to leave the children on their own). finally, bread ordered the day before is only available from 9am, when reception opens. No early risers. the only advantage of this campsite is its location in relation to tourist sites. A campsite that doesn't deserve its stars, but can only do better if it invests.

Emplacement tente du 10 au 20 juillet. Les emplacements numérotés autour de 60 sont ombragés mais très proche de la route (passante, bruyante). Les emplacements numérotés dans les 80 sont plus éloignés mais peu ombragés. La piscine est très froide et difficile de se baigner quand il ne fait pas très chaud à l exterieur. Le pédiluve et la douche ne fonctionnent pas (les gens rentrent direct dans l eau, un vrai manque d d'hygiène). Les sanitaires ne sont pas nettoyées ou très mal ( pas de papier toilette mais surtout aucun savon). Il y a des points d eau dans le camping un peu partout mais les robinets fuient ( une honte) et il y a de l eau stagnante favorisant les moustiques. L acces au camping n est pas réglementé ( aucun bracelet) tout le monde peut rentrer à la piscine, au camping sans souci.... aucune ronde pour demander aux gens d attacher leur chien ou de cesser le bruit après 23h... enfin pour accéder à l accueil ou au terrain de boules, il faut franchir une route ( pas pratique si on veut laisser les enfants en autonomie). enfin le pain commandé la veille n est disponible qu à partir de 9h, au moment oû la réception ouvre. Lève tôt s abstenir. le seul atout de ce camping sera la localisation par rapport aux sites touristiques Camping qui ne mérite pas ses étoiles mais qui ne peut que faire mieux en investissant.
